2 goals in 5 games blame the lack of taking chances rather than the defensive cock ups suddenly appearing; could have drawn v Arsenal, beaten Man U 4-2 and Burnley 3-1 with decent finishing, such a shame and so frustrating.

The MOTD analysis of just how hard Man City worked to nullify us was very good indeed, also saying how each of their players put in top performances; the skill of Aguero was awesome; sometimes you just have to accept you get beaten by a better team on the day. Could see us drawing all 4 games easily, and taking each game in isolation we would probably be happy with that, i.e. take a draw before each fixture. But 4 points out of 12 not great, so would rather win 2 lose 2; so anything over 7 would be really good no dramas, wheels coming off etc. Arsenal away the most difficult.

Went to see the sea of red at the ToL yesterday, very poignant indeed, especially the wooden crosses on the fences placed by relatives of the dead. Waste of a generation.

Why not make a new song though, better to remember in future?
