I take your point but even the top teams tend not to dominate for the full 90 mins, my view is that 60 good mins is better than 30 good mins (which Norwich had) and gives you a better chance to win the match ! We all suffer as fans in the late stages as we struggle to hold the lead and I totally agree that confidence (which is the key) may well improve after these recent results ! Bring on the Geordies....

Many posters seem to concentrate only on the poorer performers and ignore the fact that we were really good for over an hour ! There were many pluses tonight, maybe we should celebrate them !!

On way home now and don’t get the overriding negativity on here so far ! Redmond worked his socks off and caused Norwich all sorts of problems (TBF his final ball does tend to let him down) but he and Long did their jobs effectively ! Bednarek, Ings & Hojbjerg also did well as did Romeu when he came on... Great result and if we can get a further few points v Newcastle, WHU and Villa we’ll start looking upward rather than down COYS

Wow, JWP has really divided opinion big time, we'll have to start calling him 'Brexit' FWIW all around me during the game were saying that both he and Cedric were having a 'mare' and for sure he had a number of misplaced passes and poor corners ! He did some things very well (ie. the winning goal) and I don't think that 2 in the middle (along with Hojbjerg) particularly suits his game ! It was mentioned that the BBC report said he was MoM (surprised me !) but please also note that they said it was Boufal who laid on our first goal, not Djenepo so their reporter could hardly be classed as a reliable expert ! Anyway, bring on the Canaries.....

Norwich are much more open and attack minded than Watford so I’m expecting a completely different game ! Hopefully it’ll be more of an ‘away performance’ from us and we get the win ! COYS
