I have, in principle, been in favour of VAR but that Lo Celso decision makes a mockery of the whole process ... No sensible footballing person could deem that anything other than a straight red ! What it proves though is that it’s not the system but the people running it !!

As VAR reviews all goals scored I’m left wondering why they did not spot that the ball was outside of the arc when the corner kick was taken for Burnley’s first goal ?? Given that all sorts of petty infringements have been penalised (even unintentional handball) I find I strange that this is ignored ! I realise that most players push the boundaries by placing the ball on the outer edge but yesterday’s looked clearly outside to me, even after watching replays ! Ps. I’m not being bitter and twisted about losing, I jus find it bemusing that some rules are allowed to be broken and others not !

My son who occasionally posts on here as alright_dave lives in Mechelen and knows a lot about Belgian football ! I used follow it a bit but lost interest when I moved back here years ago !!

Well, the playing squad has not changed but the approach of the manager has ! He was chopping and changing formations/tactics and using players out of their natural positions ! As soon as he stopped putting round pegs in square holes and kept a settled team our fortunes improved dramatically! RH is getting the credit now (which is undoubtedly due) but he must reflect on what went before and it certainly looks like he’s learnt from it !!

Great result ! The show of character was immense particularly coming back from a goal down and dominating the play ! So many good chances made, we had a bit of bad luck and it could have been much more ! Deep joy ! COYS

Totally illogical that there is one rule for defensive situations and the complete opposite for attacking ones ! None of the above arguments against this hold weight for me, it's downright nonsense IMHO. This has been a retrograde step and offers nothing but controversy. Hell, VAR is dodgy enough without having this rule adding to the outrage....

Bad enough that matches are constantly changed for UK TV channels but do we really move them for foreign broadcasters ? You may be right but I've never heard of this before and hope it's wrong !!

A good result (in the cup, all you have to do is win) by our reserve team ! Played like a bunch of strangers, which they basically were ! Highlights were the two goals from the nippers but not much else ! All regulars apart from JWP have had a good rest so there are positives ! A home draw again versus a lowly team will do nicely !

All about opinions but I reckon that he has always had the ability and lack of concentration and positioning were the negatives ! He is actually very comfortable on the ball and his distribution (see Ings goal v Spurs) can be very good also !

Have always been an admirer of Ralph and only wavered slightly (never wanted him sacked) but I think we all realise that he was making some bizarre team selections, formations and subs for a while ! It is no coincidence that since we have had a settled team with players in their natural positions, our fortunes have risen dramatically ! I think he'll make wholesale changes and deffo McC, Bert, Bed, Arm, Red, Ing, JWP & Jenny will be rested ! I know it's risky but the above mentioned have worked their butts off and need a rest to push on for mid table security ! TBF, our reserves should be too much for a struggling Terriers side !

I'm sure that you are a nice chap SoG but if you truly mean the points in bold here, you are either completely delusional or in total denial ! Difference of opinion is one thing but you really do have to accept reality before making changes in order to move forward. If Labour sticks to it's extreme left wing policies, it will be toast for many years to come ! I'd be happy to see the bulk of the party split from the Momentum mob and form a separate 'centre left' group and rebuild from there ! All governments become more accountable with a decent opposition but Corbynism is not the answer, this is not just my opinion, the country has spoken loud and clear (if you are actually willing to listen) !
