Predictably there has been a bit of a meltdown on here over yesterday's performance ! There are times when taking one step backwards in order to move forward is a worthwhile move and clearly that's what was in Ralph's mind ! Seems that today's 'social media driven' immediacy does not allow for this and his judgement is questioned ! A win next week and the mood will no doubt change again but I am confident that Ralph has his eye on the bigger picture and will restructure accordingly !! COYS

I agree but just wait to see the fallout on here if/when we lose !!

The key issue is ‘can we offload the dross to make way for new blood’ ? RH has clearly identified who should be discarded but given the high wages and long contracts that some are on, that could prove to be very difficult ! We could easily run with 4 or 5 less players in the squad and bring through some youngsters but much will depend on the outgoings before we get to that stage !

I'm afraid that this is a lazy response and doesn't get to the crux of the matter ! If we are good enough for large parts of games then the question is only "why can't we see the job through" ? I agree with the posters who have said that it is psychological (ie. lack of confidence, having been prone to it for so long now) ! No doubt that Ralph will be aware of this and it will be one of his top priorities during the summer break !

Keep this in perspective, we were never going to win every game in the run in ! Sure, we were dire in the first half but showed a lot of spirit and energy in the second and with a couple of breaks could perhaps have turned it around ! The pressure is still on but we have enough about us to secure a few more points which can keep us up !! COYS

Agree on the other points but I reckon that the PA has been overly 'sorted' ! I thought that my eardrums were going to burst on Friday night ! Impossible to have any sort of conversation nowadays when the music is blaring out !

The guy who sits next to me in the Kingsland mentions this every home match and when it's brought to your attention you really notice that we muck it up time after time ! It's become a real 'pet hate' and Ralph really needs to work on it !!

A fair summary overall but if we were going to get something from this game we needed a level playing field and those two key decisions really went against us. ! The linesman on the Kingsland side was pretty useless and the ref indecisive which was a bad combination ! I accept that we may have lost anyway but I do expect the officials to do better than they did last night ! Ps. were they not the same guys who officiated in the Cardiff v Chelsea game ??

Was sat directly in line with Salah and he was clearly offside in the build up to the scrappy equaliser ! It should never have stood and could well have changed the balance of the game ! Also close to the Van Dyck foul which was given the other way when Sims broke clear ! Two atrocious decisions given by an extremely cr@p linesman ! Grrr....
