A big problem is our midfield and defensive players are all very small and/or slightly built and lacking muscle and power to compliment and back up the technical skills. WBA et al just bullied and intimidated them off the ball, off the park, and the nerves that creates forces endless errors. That big black guy WBA had just bossed the place and took the ****. Adkins needs to bulk them up in the Staplewood gym FFS.

Only good performance was Clyne, and Lambert behind him. Fans superb. Midfield like stripling boys and gave the ball away all the time, no power, no passion. Ramirez was dreadful, even allowing for being unfit. Schneiderlin should be sacked. Yoshida is a liabilty. Endless, relentless mistakes after mistakes after mistakes.

I like the sound of this plan.

A New Dawn Fades... but... The Championship was far more fun than this ****. And not just because we were winning every game. Loved the midweek awaydays to places like Peterborough, with terraces, muddy carparks and non-glory hunting opposition fans you could have a degree of respect for.

Since that moment nothing has been quite right, and I think it does cast some light at least on the way we faded last season and limped home.
