To the first three lines I can't answer, but then neither can anyone else. The fact that none of us know how much it's watered in the morning doesn't support either side of the argument. To the bit in bold - Yes it has, I never go down to the concourse at half time and they're on every game when it hasn't been raining. People slip over on all pitches, we just don't make a mental note of it happening in QPR V Aston Villa or Sunderland V Stoke.

I'm one of his biggest fans, but he HAS been poor for months. Giving the ball away in dangerous areas on a number of occasions and generally just not being involved enough in an attacking sense. The earliest example I can think of is City at home when he gave the ball away then didn't track back at all, and City scored. Before that his performances were as normal but from then on I remember seeing him give the ball away time after time.

Yep. And the fact that we've been watering the pitch to the same extent for as long as I can remember with little to no consequence most of the time has no relevance.

Whether intentional or not, you can't allow a goal to stand if it's gone in off someones arm. I agree though that it was almost impossible to see.

Had we held onto our leads V Stoke and Spurs we'd have been 3 points behind United in fourth place right now.
-
I only found out about it today in all honesty.
-
Fair enough Lambert only scored one more goal last season, but he was one of a handful of players in europe to get double figures in both goals and assists.
-
Didn't notice that however I did laugh when their left back was stretchered off injured, Saints fans all applauded him and the Spurs fans ignored him and carried on chanting.
-
Next season is massive for him, if he's still first choice. Needs to score consistently through-out the season. Looked a lot better today although still misses a lot of headers from balls played from the back.

I can't help but get a thrill whenever I hear someone at the club talk about us winning the league someday, I don't care how unrealistic it is.
-
Absolutely not. Why is the judge so concerned with them still being able to serve?

Victor Wanyama tells The Sun that Arsenal want to sign him
Saint_clark replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Given wanyamas tweet, i guess it comes down to who you trust more then. And yet says he "can't" release it - why not? If he was allowed to use the quotes he's allowed to release the tape. He's full of it. Except he isn't. -
So your problem with Long is that he doesn't contribute as much as Eden Hazard?
-
If we're selling one of them i'd rather it was Pelle. I really hope he's not first choice up front next season.
-
He wouldn't have fluffed half the chances Pelle has been presented with. By the same token, had Rodriguez been fit i think we'd have finished top 4. Frustrating really.

Saints Season Ticket 2015/2016 for sale - £550 ONO
Saint_clark replied to robinhartnell's topic in The Saints
I am almost positive that the club did not tell you selling it on was an option, especially not at a loss... -
I reckon we'd have finished top 4 this season with Lambert up front instead of Pelle.

Tadic deserved his place but Davis has been shocking the second half of this season, properly properly bad.

Middlesbrough was worse for me, think it was Redknapps first game in charge. 2-0 up and looking good and drew 2-2. A win there would have given us so much confidence, but it was a case of same old afterwards. However, if we had won that game and stayed up, we'd have had Redknapp for god knows how long and never got the Liebherrs, so...

I wish I had a day off tomorrow, i'd spend the entire day making email addresses to vote for him.

I haven't seen any limitations this season, his passing has been fantastic as well. Maybe his shooting but that's not enough to deter a top team. Whilst on the subject of Wanyama, i never understand why we don't have him in the box for corners. We always have him stood on the edge which given his accuracy in shooting doesn't make sense. He's powerful and good in the air so get him on the end of corners.
-
I was referring to the other one, where a baby was shot dead by a toddler using a gun that was just lieing around.
-
Hoping it's early/late in the season for a decent day on the booze in the sunshine.
-
Before all of that, offer him an improved and extended contract. Don't ask, don't get.
