  1. How did "hiriously" get past my phone's autocorrect?
  2. Stoke hiriously singing "you could have come in a taxi" was ironic because they bought less to St Mary's and get free coach travel. Their fans were loud the one time they sang. Other than that they were more concerned with ragging off at our players for being dirty, which is a ****ing liberty when they have some right dirty ****s in their side.
  3. He should have written the club a strongly worded letter instead. Being a part time, glory hunting Arsenal fan from Lymington the ban won't affect him anyway. The tosser.
  4. That was just to stop loads of people running on. Plus it was nonsense anyway because a couple ran on just after the presentation and they still did the parade.
  5. Don't worry, there's some decent players coming through the U18's. Josh Debayo and Niall Mason are 2 I think will progress well. As for the running on the pitch, the chap who made it to the Chapel, ran down into the concourse then popped up again when he realised there was no way out made a lot of people around us laugh. If they want to take the risk of a ban that's up to them, but a few people clowning around on the pitch is hardly worth getting annoyed about.
  6. Seagar has scored a lot of goals in the U21's this season. Why not him?
  7. He's Arsenal so I heard.
  8. Great to see so many people turn up at the ground tonight. Really impressive turnout considering it was on Sky and the first day back at school for kids, and there were a lot of them there. That Gallagher goal was superb. We were sat right behind it and knew as soon as he hit it that it was going in. It obviously meant so much to the players who, on the whole, have come through the youth ranks together for many years. It must have been an amazing feeling for them to win it at home in front of so many fans. Harry Reed was the best player on the pitch until he got sent off. Gallagher looks leaner and fitter. Gazza was solid in goal, his technique seems to have improved no end under Watson. Dom Gape was decent and put in some dangerous corners. Also a big round of applause for Matt Le Tissier who neglected his Sky duties in the front row of the Kingsland corner to tirelessly sign autographs for people in the Northam throughout the game.
  9. I haven't played for 6 months due to a dodgy knee but am prepared to lumber around aimlessly until it gives way if that's any help?
  10. Very busy outside the ground. Massive queues for tickets.

  12. Bound to be a good walk up. Nice day, cheap tickets, no Champions League on TV....
  13. They have their last home game at 1715 on Saturday. I may well nead up there after our match. Also, for anyone interested in supporting a red & white striped Southampton team in Portsmouth, it's Sholing vs Gosport in the Hampshire Cup Final at Fratton on 5th May.
  14. I hope so as that's what I'm doing. Can't see them turning people away from an U21 game.
  15. A couple of wrist injuries. I guess they have to find some way of passing the time while living in Stoke.
  16. Have you not been reading this thread?
  17. They are hardly unknown but Low are my fanboy band of choice. I'd go anywhere to see them and then blab on about it for ages until people's eyes glaze over. To be fair most of my friends like them too, but possibly only to placate me.
  18. I've been using this site the past few days. It's been decent, dropped out a few times but easily reloaded. http://www.drakulastream.eu/other-live-streaming-video-2.html
  19. http://www.exaronews.com/articles/5542/lord-janner-police-fury-with-cps-for-refusing-to-charge-ex-mp Interesting comments underneath this article.
  20. I've looked on twickets before but not set an alert. Will do so.
  21. I'm doing the Ceramic Trail and visiting some pottery museums before the game. I expect to arrive at the stadium 45 minutes before kick off to see the team warm up before asking the staff behind the kiosk for some hot water to make up my flask of tea. At half time I intend to queue up in a civilised way to treat myself to a chocolate bar and a packet of crisps. Afterwards I will hang around outside the stadium to cheer the players as they come out and wave the coach off.
  22. Miserably failed to get tickets for Faith No More at the Roundhouse this morning. But hey, I can buy them from sites linked to the official sellers for at least twice the price. Bastards.
  23. Bertrand is good but I still prefer Shaw. Call me a sentimental tw*t, but there's nothing like seeing an academy produced player you've seen playing from the age of 15 make the sort impact he did for us in the Premier League.
  24. Unlike you to be so optimistic.
  25. You can park for free less than 10 minutes walk away and similarly be back on the motorway in no time. Go past the bottom of Stanley Matthews way, do a left up Church Lane. There's a housing estate where some, but not all of the street parking is permit only. Use the pathways to cut through the wooded area and you come out by Stoke's training ground. I park there everytime.
