There is still time to **** it up, as someone said earlier we are the Saints afterall.

Italy are reverting back to the collective deal from this season. Why would the big four break away when at the moment they have got the best of both worlds, domestic and European and are coining it in on both fronts. They may look to cut their own deal but will stay in the domestic league while there is a lot of money to be made here. The other clubs will have to kick them out and I can't see that happening for a long time.

Saints should have stood up to the accusation and met it straight on. They could have made a statement to say the Jones was innocent until proven guilty and that they believe there was no basis to the claims. They made the wrong call, as time proved. I don't buy it that it had anything to do with governance it was a Lowe sacking by the back door. I don't think thast email/letter does clarify anything to do with the Saints, it just talks generally and the arbitration it refers to was I think regarding Leeds.

But what if they bought the club through borrowing the money. Obviously the debt would be smaller but will still need servicing on a reduced income. If Pinnacle took over I would support them but I would be a bit disapointed.
