He should have gone many weeks ago. I would have far more respect for the board if they held their hands up over making a recruitment mistake, and appointed someone to keep us up.

Was pleased to see that level of passion and drive, which I think is all it was. We need it. I remember in our relegation season Crouch (I think) go involved in a tussle with a couple of opposition players, and a few more of theirs rushed to join in.....our players just stood and watched.

Guess he's staying then? Until the end of the season? One swallow does not make a summer. Nutsack.

Presumably because they value his capabilites as a coach and manager, and not because he brings cakes in every week and smiles nicely at people? So when do WE get to see the qualities that make him so liked? Or maybe he is just a damned nice bloke, and getting rid would feel like kicking a kitten?
