No he has earned the right to manage us in the Prem but....FFS today was just nuts and surrendering us going forward with 30 minutes left was nuts. I can half understand both though but it was only 1-0 and loads of time left if he had done it with 10/15 mins left ok acceptable but I would still have put on Mayuka up front. to get them turned facing their goal. I am not sure we have the money to pay him off anyway

One thing that's not been mentioned on this thread and I reckon having some effect is that every game can now be watched live in a pub. A big saving for some on ticket prices. We didn't have that last time in the Prem as not legal then.

Start off with group ones they are far cheaper until you decide if you like it or not - my guess is that you will hit one shot like Seve and will take it up. Lessons are about £20 for half an hour singles.

Try either Chris or Kevin at Paultons both excellent teachers. Dont splash out on too expensive clubs at the start I used Wilson Ultras with Firestick shafts for years when I started. Go for a well know name like Ping, Taylor Made, Calloway and you cant go far wrong. American Golf at Hedge End are probably the cheapest around here. I would do as others say and have a look on Gumtree first until you decide to carry on or not. Golf is very time consuming which is what people tend to forget and 5 hour rounds are very common if you play municipal courses. Southampton is great, Dibden is a really nice course for newcomers as they have a short 9 to practice on first.

Well as our ticket office cant organise a **** up in a brewery it wouldnt surprise me a few gave up and went home!!! I turned up at 7 and asked a steward which queue - " any queue no problem" so joined number 1 queues. After 20-25 minutes and about 6 from the front some idiot on the tannoy says that windows 1 are for ST holders, future game enquiries, 2 is for match sales, 3 for away games!!! There was a queue of about 2k I just stayed in my queue and told the bloke my season ticket and got mine - they then announce that queue 1 was all sales.....when I left there was chaos and the stewards were complaining that only 3 couldnt control that many. Why are they doing away game tickets? with a big walk up why ration the queues to specific windows - people were still coming in after 25 minutes after game started.

At the JPT final he was....tonight he was awful but that goes for all the Wednesday players really. Cant see Jones lasting there much longer

Probably the easiest 2 -0 win ever seen. Wednesday were horrific and just as well we never signed Antonio. Chaplow, JWP and Cork bossed midfield. Rodriguez was quality. Gazza flapped at a couple but made a couple of good saves. De Ridder for all his pace and skill delivered absolutely nothing all night so frustrating he gets in great positions then whacks it at defenders rather than get his head up and pick someone out. Seaborne was ok but poor distribution and a couple of silly fouls. Yoshida is class. The ticket office cant run a raffle!!!

I know Gaston will get the plaudits but Ricky was awesome today, he linked it so well, strong composed held it up and scored a cracker and made 2 more. Yoshida looks a great find too.

Put a large spoonful of demerera sugar at the bottom of the glass, put in the whisky then the coffee, pour in the cream-double whipped is good onto the back of a spoon - slowly. Cripes this board is fcking unreal....that would be the Hoddle that got the sack at Tottenham, got booted out of Wolves...couldn't get the Forest job. Not been employed by one club since how many years and had to start up his own academy because no-one else would touch him in world football? How many teams are there and how many jobs has he been interviewed for yet some of you nutjobs want him here because a few years ago he did a half decent job here at The Dell? Nothing to do with walking out on us just that I think he is terrible!!! We are getting exactly what was predicted - the defence needed rebuilding for the Prem for some reason we didn't and the chickens came home yesterday. Adkins should get at least until February...after the January window to correct this but I feel Cortese won't do that and he will be gone by end of October.

Still a way to go - there are as described a few buildings up between the farmhouse through to the old car park. The pitches as I said are amazing - I think that picture above was a previous design as the buildings are up and not in that picture plus the 3g pitch doesnt show either. Its a far larger area than I thought and looks brilliant compared to before. I haven't been to any other Premier academy ground so can't compare but the whole place looks as though its not done on the cheap.

I was there last week...its amazing - the pitches are fantastic hardly a blade of grass out of spec on all pitches. The 3g pitch is superb. The best of everything laid on for the kids and the football was brilliant to watch.

So you think we should pay someone 92k a week with a 32k ground....you would fit in well down the M27 did you learn nothing from their debacle? Recommend that one and there is also one at Fleming Park across the old golf course - runners of all ages and sizes abd abilities at both. Common one gets about 200 runners.

Against our old friends Antonio and Dave Jones who has them playing really well.
