The 2nd goals apparently comedy act was all due to Fonte slipping at the wrong time. Lennon showed us what a nice bit of pace can cause, something Mayuka can offer us I hope.

the formation that played the last 30mins suits us much better. Liked Mayuka on the right, had the pace to trouble the full back. AL was much better also in the middle rather than stuck on the left, he just hasn't got the pace to play on the wing. Haven't seen enough of Ramirez to see if he can play out there.

Few errors (remembering its his first season in the top flight and still pretty young) but all in all I like his attitude and work rate, also the fact he loves a good challenge. Got done last night as Bale just got the run on him, but it was highlighted last season when Lambert used this to our advantage so definately the part of his game he needs to work on. Could do with finding a left back version of him!

has a Saints youth product ever played for Real Madrid? Because thats where he'll be next season (unless Man Citeh offer him way to much!), too good for Spurs. You can see why they didn't win their two games without him.

could of got rid of the commentary for their goals and just played the Benny Hill theme tune in the background...

Saints would have the top 5 slots taken....even last time we were top league some of the goals were shockers.
