Being back in the UK for this election has been fascinating. The parallels with the USA's last election are scarily similar. Chattering classes in the 'bubble' (London/DC) being essentially condescending to the wider public by indicating only they know best, disaffected voters in working class areas with little to no hope voting for change. Add in the media luvvies ramming their high minded opinions down peoples throats while living it up with their massive salaries and the snowflakes on social media believing social media is the be all and end all (hint: people gravitate to like minded people so these little bubbles are nothing more than that). As in the US the silent majority took their revenge at the polls. And whether you like him or loathe him Cummings ran a fantastic campaign (albeit against 2 of the biggest losers imaginable). Democracy wins.

Your blind hatred of Forster is beyond comical. He has done superbly up there - sometimes a change in scenery is required. All our GKs are poor - there has to be a link between the coaching and their capabilities.

Why? Because he let the ball bounce when he could have attacked it. The guy is simply shocking and should never be pulling on the Saints shirt.

Bertrand was as much at fault for the 1st goal. His positioning was terrible (as it was most of the game) - his mistake should have led to a 2nd goal as well but for a brilliant save from McCarthy. Stephens is not perfect but I think he is the best of our CBs despite the mistakes. All our CBs make mistakes every game - but Stephens is always there putting his body on the line and his heading has improved enormously. It staggers me how so many awful players (Cedric, PEH, Bertrand spring to mind) are given a free pass for some bizarre reason yet players who give 110% every game (JWP, Stephens) get slagged off at every opportunity.

You're entitled to your opinion, same as I am to mine. Mane was given a rough ride by many as was Tadic. Who's comparing Boufal to MLT? The point I was making is that the flair players drift in and out of games and today's fans will more often than not moan and whinge (as happened with both Tadic and Mane). SO you would rather see the sh**e that preceded Boufal coming on yesterday? When he came on it was exciting to watch with tricks, mistakes and flair - as opposed to the utter sh**e that preceded it that was one paced and predictable.

WHat utter s***e. Do you have an agenda? Bertrand was f*****g awful (again) and nearly cost us the game. Did you have your eyes shut when JWP was making tackle after tackle?

Spot on Shroppie. The haters hating on JWP: he was tenacious (yes he misplaced some passes but quite often no-one was showing for him so only pass was back) and in case anyone has forgotten - he has scored 4 of our Prem goals this season and him and Ings (6) are our only scorers of the last 10 Prem goals! Stephens has heart and was unfortunate for the first - Bertrand and Cedric were far, far worse than the 2 CBs today. I would happily see neither in a Saints shirt again although we are stuck with Bertrand. We are still an awful side but will enjoy the win!

LOL - beat me to it! I often wonder what many of our current fans would have made of MLT back in the day. Like Boufal, outrageously talented and mercurial but an absolute joy to watch. Someone you would pay money to see. Only Djenepo and Boufal could you say that about in our current squad.

Nuff said. With Djenepo he looks a constant threat - Redmond has been gash this season and does not deserve to start IMO.

Boufal, Djenepo, JWP (yes JWP), Ings were our stand out players. The rest (bar McCarthy) can all go screw themselves. Utter gash - back 4, PEH, Obafemi, Redmond were terrible. Cedric should never play for Saints again, the little scrote.

OMG - what a let off. Djenepo's assist should have been called for a handball! Ugly, ugly win but what a vital 3 points. Got to improve

Bravo Ralph - you tactical genius. Take off a RB and replace with a RB. Yet another like for like and no change of tactics. Cedric should never play for Saints again.

I would say JWP is our only player that is working really hard and trying to make a difference. PEH is total s***e and how could top clubs in Europe be looking at him. He's terrible Cedirc and Bertrand awful. Stephens and Bednarek nervous as hell, Djnepo not a factor, Redmond back to the headless chicken (reminding me so much of Fabrice Fernandes who was also great at creating crop circles). Ings and Obafemi zero service. PLease being on Boufal at HT.

That was completely on Bertrand (again). Out of position, played ball directly into path of Watford.

Bertrand - you bloody utter waste of space. What idiot thought it a good idea to keep that t**t and get rid of Targett? Can only imagine what the reaction will be at HT.

And where was Bertrand? No mans land and certainly not defending. Saints are utter dog s***e and are deservedly going down. We are an embarrassment and are a mess from the top of the club down.

Bertrand having another absolute mare. Our CBs get slated, not always wrongly, but our full backs are absolutely terrible. Accidents waiting to happen and living off of past glories

I hate Cedric - utter garbage and massively overrated. Nearly cost us from the get go. How could Saints play so well against Arsenal away then look utterly terrible again at home the next week?
