This I would agree with. I thought Targett did really well when he played: certainly better than Bertrand who has not been in good form for 2 years now.

MY god, some posters on here need to get over themselves. Brilliant parody of Fyre - whether you like the kit or not - but not sure of Ralphs acting 'ability'! LOng ago came to the conclusion that replica kits are for people 25 and under. Us old fools simply look like old fools in a replica kit, not least for paying 60 quid+ for one

Ah yes, but our forum "characters" are just so funny and know far more than your average fan don;t you know?
-
OH ffs, how do you think PSG and Man City (amongst others) get around FFP? If this is a way of injecting more money without having ramifications as it relates to FFP what's the issue?

Oh dear, terrible GK howler from Newcastle! -
This last game sums up the misery of this season. Glad it's all over - Ralph did what he needed but my god, he has a challenge on in the summer. Utterly forgettable season again and we have an absolutely dire squad. Another season of struggle beckons next season without a radical overhaul of the squad.
-
Ings -utter garbage again. Boy oh boy does Ralph have a job on his hands in the summer. Quite simply - most of this squad are not good enough. Everyone seems to think Bertrand is way better than Targett - I think Targett offers far more than Bertrand.
-
Ings is utter s***e...who on earth thought it a good idea to buy him? This performance also shows why drastic surgery is needed to the squad in the summer - just not good enough. OUr striking options are pathetic.
-
Blimey - was that really 20 years ago? Unbelieveable! I remember walking down the streets around Selhurst and the whole area was taken over by Saints fans. I could barely speak for about a week after and, aside from the MLT Norwich 5-4 away day, remains one of my fondest memories seeing Saints. I had completely forgotten about the Kachoul fez's though!

RIP Toomer - very sad news indeed
-
Congrats - no mean feat in its own right. A marathon is no joke
-
Not surprised - any of the 3 elements in isolation is a real endurance feat. 1 after the other is crazy....let alone doing 7 in a row
-
Of course Ralph will be here next season. He's done a great job but is still learning in the Prem and his planning has already started. I'm sure if he progresses like he looks like he will, in 1-2 years bigger clubs will be in for him, but not yet.

Bloody Armstrong - utter pr***.
-
What are the forum t***s going to say now: Prowsey and Targett scoring. How are you going to slag them off now?
-
whinge, moan, whine. Usual whipping boys getting grief but the utterly sh*** footballer that is INgs is not mentioned. 20 million for that garbage - 40 million on Carillo and Ings, incredible
-
Sheer class - cannot believe Joe Dolce with 'Shadduppa your face' kept that classic from #1. Loved Ultravox and remember Billy Currie creating a fracas in the pool at the old Polygon hotel. Great times
-
In a word no! He has been terrible this year and is like a statue. His time is done.
-
What an utter f**** t***. Firmly in the relegation battle my arse. 1 more win will be enough and if we can't beat Huddersfield and Bournemouth at home we deserve to be relegated.
-
Yeah - and look at their stats. 1-2 shots a game - deadly dull no doubt and Pellegrino happy with a 0-0. He really was an awful, awful manager.
-
Agree - I will never forget the debacle at Reading. Utterly awful manager and terrible human being
-
He's a bitter, twisted c***. He's hated us ever since he got the move he was angling for. Utter t^^t.
-
Relax - think we are as safe as houses. I fully expect us to finish much higher up than we are now. If we strengthen in attack (which we have failed to do the last 2 years since Pelle left) I reckon we will be challenging for 'best of the rest' next season. RH has made a massive difference and I think 2 or 3 players is all we need in the summer and try to shift a lot of the deadweight (even if we subsidise wages).
-
Feel for Cardiff - some of the worst officiating imaginable. Not fussed about us - we'll be just fine and reckon we could even sneak 12th the way we are playing. But that could be the nail in Cardiff's coffin: and they did not deserve that. Simply awful
