With his Portsmouth upbringing, my guess is that bag was JWPs donation. Do PFC do hospital visits? Visiting sick relatives is important.

Arsenal want £10m Chambers - London Evening Standard
SNSUN replied to Lallana's Left Peg's topic in The Saints
£10 million for a kid who hadn't completed his first season is madness, irrespective of how good he is. Additionally they have Jenkinson, unless they believe he's not up to it. Probably cobblers though. It's nearly summer, I wonder how much of a percentage of stuff written in newspapers actually goes through... -
Never eating there. Never was a fan of a Fish Sandwich. On a similar topic, I reckon the burger vans just outside the stadium have changed their suppliers. The burger wasn't cardboardy like before and even the buns were better quality. Just saying, like.
-
I did. I was too truthful. It included the huge poo I had in the outdoor toilets near the Megastore that blocked the toilet and had other Saints fans cursing the timing of their toiletry needs. Not really

Can we be St Mary's extras? I'd like to have my wife immortalised as a Saints fan for all eternity on celluloid so I can show any children we may bear why they should support Saints and not Norwich...
-
At what point does that change? Consistent European Football?
-
Of St Mary's built? The bit where we heighten it at the top on all 3 sides but the Itchen? Ground expansion was mentioned if we increased in stature, we seem to be making steady progress with that. I wonder if Kat and Ralph have talked about it. Would you rather see current stadium expansion or a new stadium built elsewhere if push came to shove? (I ask because I ended up in the Forecourt of The Dell flats by taking a wrong turn on Saturday.)

Where do we strengthen to take us to the 'next level'?

Similar to last summer we need a first choice GK, first choice CB, first choice attacking midfielder that can unlock a defence and a first choice striker. So essentially strengthening the spine of the team. Additionally one more striker on top of that would be a plus, to strengthen us further, depending on the future of Mayuka. As as for left back, it depends on whether the club trusts in the development of Targett, and until then we use the Chambers/Clyne combo as back up to Luke. That at is the minimum we need for top 4 IMO, although losing one or two of the jewels would prove costly.

9 points predicted by me, unless we pick one or two up in tougher games. 54 pointsish. Newcastle, with the easier run in, just pip us to 8th place.
-
I heard Ward-Prowse has a mini.
-
There's a Hot Pussy joke in there somewhere...
-
Did I read Kyle Walker faces a battle to be fit? Who's third choice right back? I'd assume he'd still take an extra centre back over Clyne though and just use Smalling there...
-
Great goal from Rosicky. Makes this game interesting...

We might be before long, especially if we manage to hold on to both our manager and players AND strengthen where necessary in the summer. As dominant as Utd have been for most of the years I've been alive, no team sustains it forever. A couple of poor purchases and a lack of continuation of Fergie's work, and Utd could well be rebuilding for a long time. It happened to Liverpool, so strong in the 80's, and it's only now through a combination of good management and good transfers that Liverpool are finally threatening to get back to the top of the table. I'm not saying they'll be mid-table, but they could be skirting around the top ten for a few years unless they appoint a top manager that brings in the right players. Their 'name' and fanbase will be what keeps them in with a chance.

Rickie for me but you can't rule JRod out yet. Second top English scorer behind Sturridge and Hodgson has a big decision to make. Can Hodgson take 5 strikers? ;-)
-
He was better with Ba next to him.
-
That goal would've been given without technology. Looked in to me.
-
Ha, Pardew watching from a hotel. Wonder if he's in the bar...
-
FWIW I'd rather take Lambert over JRod but on form it'd be the other way round. I wonder if there's room for both, but I guess that's for another thread. Oh look, Carroll scored a header. England material ISO. (In savages opinion.)
-
All the talk about JRod and Lambert for England, and Savage chirps in with Carroll. C***. :-) Would Ward-Prowse have been sent off for the pull on Elmander had Elmander not scored? Looked like a pull...

Here we go... I'm predicting a Saints win.
-
They've been unlucky Cardiff. Still think they have the players to get out of it but their points tally is telling.
-
I'd eat a crushed Lovren testes to have Lukaku and Miralles at SMS. Cracking players. Some good saves from Marshall.
-
...and Mulumbu! Good comeback from WBA. Things very interesting at the bottom after today's games.
