So Leicester are looking to sign Danny Collins as we've missed out on him but we're about to sign Billy Sharp. I'd have taken that result at the start of yesterday! I take it we'll still be looking for CB coverage but in the emergency loan window. Good of Saints to do some business late on in the window - I thought nothing would happen.
-
Would Sharp's signing mean we have a new record for most procrastinated transfer ever, beating Skacel, or does Lee get that vote?
-
Oh. Really? Well, erm, In my defence, he was a pretty guy and I was drunk.

It's been doing the rounds on Facebook for a while but coming from Chappers makes it extra special!

I post - at work on fag breaks, at home when bored, if there's anything remotely Saints related in the press or on SSN, and on the ****ter. I check SaintsWeb on my smartphone approximately once every 1.34 minutes.

TBF with a month of transfer window before hand, clubs haven't really got a leg to stand on. It's definitely been one of the quietest transfer windows in memory.

The 5th Round Draw - Bolton at home (if we beat Millwall!)

Norwich please - I always enjoy trying to get one over on the missus. That said I think it'll be a big team, as Colin says, which gives us the incentive to win the replay. -
Too true. Also a shame that we can't sign Whittingham at half time, live on the pitch, and have him playing for us in the second half! A game on deadline day does get in the way, but hell, I'm at work, and will miss everything anyway.

Describe the last sh1t you had using a title of a film...

I named it, put it in a movie, and let it describe my 2011 bowel movements. -
Is this like that birdwatching thing? You know, if I see a Tadanari Lee in my back garden I'm supposed to tell someone?

A must win. It's so important we get the three points on Tuesday to open up that 4 point gap, both in League terms and mentally. We're reaching the tail end of the injury crisis, and have the new boys on board. Find that home form again and we'll be all ready to push for automatic promotion as the season comes to an end.

Lee is a good player, and when fit he will prove it. A month loan to gain fitness is a good idea though, as long as he can be recalled if needed.

In the draw for the fifth round would be very good, having played weakened teams in both previous rounds. Just need to close the game out now...

Bart's not a bad keeper, but I really couldn't tell you what was going through his mind against Blackpool. He was diabolical - he couldn't catch a cold. The worst performance I've seen from a goalie, ever, I think. To be fair he's come back from that nightmare well, against Coventry and today he sounds/sounded very competent. Come on Saints, keep it tight for the draw.

Goal Millwall. SHYTE.
-
4 if you include Reeves. Bring on Collins! You never can have enough left backs.
-
Millwall should have scored.

Corner Saints

Quite simply, we need to outscore Millwall, and with Lambert, Barnard, De Ridder and Punch, we can. Apparently Millwall only have 5 subs to our seven...
-
Millwall hit the post. Too short at CB I think...
-
Puncheon scores a hattrick of own goals. All from 35 yards.
-
Cut short on the build up fred. :-( COME ON SAINTS!!!!

I really don't understand where all this hate for BArnard has come from. He did very well for us in League One, he always gives his all when he plays (even if he sometimes is a red card waiting to happen), and because of injuries he hasn't had his chance in the nPC for us yet. Get behind ALL the lads ffs. I like the look of this team, Almost 4-3-3, although Fox at CB worries me - but there's a distinct League One look about our team, with Punch, Barnard and Jaidi all in there! League One looking, not League One in talent. It'll be an interesting game - Reeves to be our MOTM. :-)

If you could go out with a player in the current squad, who would it be?

Kelvin. Those big hands would come in handy for something or other.
