Poll Answers: 1) I'm a woman or gay man and am not interested 2) Yes I'd put my winky in her 3) She's attractive but I'm in a happy, committed relationship and would not like to tap/ruin her 4) She's not attractive, my wife/girlfriend/Golden Retriever is more attractive than she is 5) I'm a woman or gay man and think she's attractive, and I'd happily switch sexualities for her 6) Polls like this are degrading to women and I will have nothing to do with it 7) Polls like this are degrading to women, but apart from that I'd wreck her for any other man. 8 ) I would say she's attractive and that I'd tap/ruin her, but I'm afraid that Lee Barnard will bottle me in a nightclub.
  2. If I put a million quid on Reading going up, do I really earn myself £20,000? I can't lose! Now to find a million quid...
  3. Wikipedia, IMDB, Snopes, BBC, Facebook, YouTube, eBay, Yahoo, Ladbrokes, e-cig reviews and xHamster. Oh wait, the last one was disqualified by the OP.
  4. When I went to Saints games in League One, I was good luck. This season on my visits to SMS, I've been bad luck. I WAS going to the Coventry game, but a friend's birthday has got in the way, ergo Saints will win that. So just one win against the Boro's to go...
  5. I see some Skate fan has been moaning at the poor Wiki editors to include a bunch of overlooked Skate players. Thus proving no-one wants to sign their cruddy players.
  6. It was a bit, I know people say you should only bet what you can afford, but with a wedding coming up, £220 (which is what was in my ladbrokes account at the time) is a lot of money to me! Such was my strength of belief that West Ham would win, that's why I did it! Still most of that is now going back in my bank account, I'll leave just a little bit for future bets. (Perhaps betting on West Ham to win their last 3 games - I'm desperate to lose money!)
  7. If that happens, I will be eBaying my butthole to the highest bidder. (Weirdly I hope this comment comes back to haunt me...)
  8. I have bet against Saints in the past, it did not feel good, but it does give some insurance to a bad result. Yesterday, I put £220 on a West Ham win. I got back £390 odd. Granted it was a dodgy risk given West ham's home form, but I just had that feeling after our defeat they'd win.

    Wham v BHA

****. ****ing Brighton are ****. Fortunately I stand to make a lot of money on a West Ham win, but that's small consolation.

  11. Cork was my MOTM. Everything good went through him. Adam had a good first half but disappeared in the second, he's our most important player but he needs to up his game a bit more.
  12. If Brighton draw or win tomorrow, we'll be ****ing celebrating like good'uns. It'll make the weekend a lot sweeter.
  13. FWIW I don't care if we go up and come straight back down again, I just want to go up to give us a shot at it. Coming back down, at least we'd have the bonus of parachute payments. We're not ready to play in the Premier League. We haven't got the players to last a season at that level. Thank God for the transfer window. Let's just go up. Look at West Ham's fixtures - I did, and it made me feel a bit better about tonight's result.
  14. Win or bust? No. But this is the easier of our three fixtures IMO, depending on where Coventry are when we play them. We must win on Tuesday. 3 wins could be enough to win us the title still, if Reading slip up at Brum in the final game of the season, but right now our concentration should be on promotion.
  15. Before their tough run of fixtures, someone on this board said that if Reading come out of their fixtures unscathed, they'll win the league. Their form is immense - it's like ours at the end of last season. I think we'll get promoted, but my God are we going to stumble over the line. West Ham fans on KUMB seem to think they can nick our spot. I hope we don't give them the satisfaction...

    Jose Fonte

Jos has been our best defender this season for sure, but Fonte is by far the second best centre back we have. No chopping and changing now FFS. Fonte is a pro, he will learn from his mistakes. IF we go up we can bring in a challenger, but until then, get behind him... and all the lads FFS. FFS.

    De Ridder

I've always liked him - he's our only right winger that seems to want to get to the byline. Puncheon has mysteriously disappeared again, Chaplow shows effort but prefers to cut in, and Guly doesn't seem to want to put in decent performance anymore. Whatever league we end up in next season, we need major surgery on that position. De Ridder may not be the perfect right winger, but he's the best we've got for now. I'd start him.
  18. If we finish in the play-offs, we will win them. I'm in the semi-positive-semi-negative camp.
  19. Great performance from Saints, and to that end, we were robbed. We needed to take our chances better, Reading gave us a masterclass of how to finish. I'm not fully disheartened, granted the title looks beyond us now, but I still think we have what it takes to win promotion. Control the controllables - 3 wins from our last 3 games should be doable, and it may be that even 5 points from 9 would see us up. This season just got real. De Ridder was brilliant when he came on. I know he has his doubters but I've always been impressed when I've seen him play - and his tracking back tonight was exemplary. Onwards and upwards. Firstly, let's hope Brighton can help us out tomorrow, but failing that let's pray we turn out performances like tonight over the last 3 games of the season.
  20. I'm stuck here at work tonight until half 8. It takes me 15 minutes to get home. Ergo I will probably be able to watch the second half. However thanks to the beauty of Sky+, I plan on recording the match from the beginning and watching it retroactively when I get in. So... I apologise for my remarks that are an hour late on the match thread! (Jokes, I won't be anywhere near a computer, mobile phone or idiot that can tell me the score.)
  21. "When nothing interesting happens" and "at a Saints match" is an oxymoron. Also an Oxymoron is the bloke that left us for Arsenal.
  22. As Cheltenham thread readers know, I can't bet on horses for shizzle, although I did OK this year TBF, but for the National I'm going for On His Own to win, and a cheeky each way on Calgary Bay. I'm looking for a third horse, but I'm not sure which yet. Tempted by Shakalakaboomboom, which has got good form over fences, or Seabass, which has won all of it's recent races, and could be the first time a woman rider wins the National.
  23. I know we have a core of players bought by Pardew, and good players they've been too, but if we do get promoted, the signing that has taken us to the next level is clearly Jos Hooiveld. Had Dan Seaborne played all season (and don't get me wrong, I actually like him as a player), I don't think we'd be where we are. Not only has Jos been a brick sh*t house alongside the more cultured Jose, he's also weighed in with important goals, and seems to have helped with the team spirit too. A masterstroke signing by Adkins. Celtic fans don't have a clue.
  24. Pompey's liquidation, and the points tally affected by it?
