We were often one of the favourites to go down in this but things started to improve around 2000 and the number of fans of other teams thinking we would get relegated dwindled until, finally, not a single respondent had us down to go down. That was 2004/05 - the year we did go down! So, 19th should equate to comfortable survival.

Just checked - my 1989/90 season ticket cost £138. This year it will cost me £625 for a very similar seat. Works out as 6.8% pa. Not as bad as I was expecting.
