Shocking news, another Saint marching in far, far too early. RIP Dicky.

Thanks for that, much appreciated.

Meh, a good 'Last on MOTD' result, very happy with that. Sent from my Hudl 2 using Tapatalk

Alas I fear the ex saints will win this one (easily). Lallana will finally put in a good performance here again, Lovren and Clyne will be solid at the back and Mane will put us to the sword - it is written. This could be a worse result than the Chelsea one - brace yourselves.

Amen. We lost, get over it - move on. There are no easy games - we are a mid table team and have no divine right to think that we will easily roll Hull over in their own back yard. Was there really no plan A or B - or did we just have a bit of an off day - sh it happens. We will finish mid table - that's our level, have a bit of a European adventure and perhaps get to the latter stages of a cup. Enjoy FFS.

Kept our heads when it wasn't going particularly well for us, and came through to win. VvD is just immense, I fear for the Jan transfer window - he is that good that somebody will put some big money on the table soon. Crowd were good, and roared the boys home at the end - well done. Alpine is a complete and utter co ck, tool, fu kwit, numpty, di ck, and any other expletive I can think off. Knob off mate - go and jump off a mountain.

It could be argued that we have only gone backwards because of our success in spotting, buying, and developing world class players year in year out. Name me one other club that has progressed at the same rate that we have over the last 7 - 8 years. Sent from my Hudl 2 using Tapatalk

Good away team performance today, everybody contributed and nobody shirked their responsibilities. We all played for each other and the senior pros helped the kids out, pretty much how it's meant to be really. Romeu and VvD were the pick of the bunch, but everybody played well. I understand the fact that people are probably quite disappointed with the result - but that's probably more to do with the fact that we did put in a very good performance. I only managed to watch the last hour and I can remember two being cleared off the line, Charlie going just wide, J Rod near to getting on the end of one and having one disallowed, VVD hitting the keeper from 6 yards when he really should have scored. And that's just off the top of my head. To say that we never looked like scoring is quite frankly bizarre.
-
Really? Is that how others saw it as well?? I'm getting on now, bit of a doddering old fool, nearly into my 60's. When I see statements like this it confuses the life out of me, how on earth can you come to that kind of conclusion. My opening gambit would've been very similar to yours, something along the lines of: "We never looked like losing last night...." Honestly, really?
-
So after a performance like we have just put in, in the San Siro, that's the only part of the performance that you can comment on - try looking at the bigger picture.
-
So might've Davies, Channon, Keegan, Beattie or Lambert but they don't play for us anymore either. Move on ffs, support the lads who put a damn good shift in for the team tonight.
-
Absolutely nothing to be ashamed of there, in fact very proud of them all, played really really well, just didn't get the breaks. Fans sounded awesome as well - well done.

This has been a very good stream for me throughout the 1st half: http://streamm.eu/live/inter-vs-southampton
