  1. Hi PaulSaint, how d'ya want to do this? Whereabouts shall I collect from? Hope you've had a good day...
  2. Felt a little well up of emotion when I saw the Adkins interview with BBC after the match... he almost cracked, looked tearful and had to compose himself!
  3. Al Pacino's inches speech...
  4. As above really... Still in the market for one extra ticket, if poss two... Obviously there's a queue here but if anyone can help once the others have been sorted, it'd be appreciated very much! Thank you in advance club@fcsantos.com is my contact email
  5. Hi Paul, is this still a goer? Just wondered
  6. Typically, I'm still in the market for two tickets having forgot to check my emails earlier this week and not replying to the kind people on here who responded to me! So, if by chance there is an extra two tickets going... I'm interested, and grateful! Thank you in advance! club@fcsantos.com I will definitely have them, but may not get a chance to respond to the email until later on tomorrow... guaranteed sale though
  7. Heskey, £3.5m
  8. Luke Young and Nicky Shorey, weren't they £4m and £6m a piece, plus wages on top?
  9. I don't often blame officials but that was utterly disgraceful
  10. Bailey shouldn't even be on the pitch after elbowing Cork
  11. Derby winning again, apparently a Derby player dived to win a pen. Oh well, you reap what you sow you cheating c****
  12. Football's Mr Nice Guy actually proves he's an utter c**t. lol.
  13. We're being a bit Brighton like about this.....
  14. That's the kind of cockheads that are out in town, wall-to-wall, everywhere with the exception of Oxford Street. In my experience, I've found many of them totally devoid of personality or individuality, lacking in charisma, unnecessarily arrogant/aggressive and ultimately, flesh-based clones of their heroes on reality TV. Sad, but true.
  15. Ah, I've been saying this for years. If it's not that stupid rats tail type haircut and diamond earstuds, it's the One Direction look. No imagination.
  16. Crab Lungs Cravings Steele, M'boro. Schmeichel, Leicester. Gilks, Blackpool. Davies, Birmingham. Majewski, Forest. McGugan, Forest. Phillips or Ince, Blackpool. Treacy, Burnley. Clayton, Leeds. 17. F'kin hell, still so deluded... it's only them that peddle this crap, no-one else. Well, apart from the odd media outlet. Expect several sub-200 away attendances if they exist and they're in L1 next year. Doing a conga while you're underperforming megastars are getting whupped on the pitch does not constitute a good following. They're the Braintree Town of the Champ.
  18. Incredible. Saw it on SSN earlier. Top, top player.
  19. Surprise, I've been tasked with finding 2 extra tickets after purchasing mine... knew I should have bought more. Hmmmph! Don't mind where, would just be grateful if anyone can help! Obviously, those before me first though as I can see I'm joining a lengthy queue. I can be contacted on club@fcsantos.com
  20. Thanks PaulSaint, will be in touch on my payday, just going to research this unlocking business
  21. Hi PaulSaint, if you can hold on til the 26/04 I'd probably have it off you... (assuming the phone can be unlocked, which I will obviously do myself)
  22. Apart from a couple of pointless, half-baked attempts at correlations with our situation and that of the British Empire, I'm glad I opened up now, despite it being considered "lily livered" by some. To which, anyway, I'd counter "On the contrary - I'm just saying what I'm feeling right now". However, it's been great to read so many different perspectives and whilst it's some comfort to know I'm not the only one with a knotted stomach, it's also heartening to hear so many positive and balanced views of the situation. It's certainly given me a brighter outlook than I had yesterday now I've taken other, more cheery opinions into account. On another note, if Brighton didn't throw that game then that is probably one of the most diabolical footballing "performances" ever. If you haven't seen their game versus Wham, I'd urge you to watch the highlights. Staggering.
  23. I've still got it on my phone, as I expect many Saints have. I was recording the atmosphere and excitement when the player they couldn't afford struck the equaliser. Don't think I've ever thrown so many ****s around in one weekend.
  24. I suppose in a sense, and if a positive frame of mind - you could view the playoffs another opportunity. However, at the moment and having led for so long this season it'd be agonising disappointment followed by more nerves with the potential for more agonising disappointment. I do believe though you're right - win Tuesday and the pressure gets relieved a little with just two games to play. At 10pm on Tuesday, things could be so much better. Or so much... arrrrgh.
  25. Thanks rocknrollman no2. I'm an infrequent poster now but I wanted to try and encapsulate how I felt and seek a bit of solace from the TSW family! Maybe, if handled and explained concisely, someone could turn my whole terrified outlook into a positive one again! Another question is... how do we handle our position? Do we look to keep it tight and nick a goal or do we just go for broke and play expansive, open football? I have to be honest, I'm not sure whether it's better stick or twist at the moment.
