Isn't the valuation of players (legally) calculated by their contract value? I'm sure I saw something that alluded to it? And lol, they won't be able to include loan player valuations, then they have to factor in all of the players they still have outstanding debts for! And the great news is, they've sold most of their high earners Except James and Utaka, of course

So, if Directors now know, I'm assuming Storrie-teller will be handing in his resignation, followed by a swift and emotional ballad of 'I did it all for Portsmouth'

March 2010, but no idea on exact date - sorry! Aus and US get it just a bit before us, I believe..

A FamiliarFace playing against us next week at Wycombe
Crab Lungs replied to John B's topic in The Saints
I could never understand why Davenport was poor for us, he was immense at Coventry and had all the makings of a real top-class centre half. Probably didn't help that he was playing alongside Jakobsson, who, for me, was one of the worst centre halves I have seen at Saints -
Well, it appears more of the disgusting behaviour synomymous with Portsmouth football club has become apparent today. Disgraceful.

That is one of the best descriptions I have ever read of anyone, ever.

Just wondering... does anyone else get the feeling that if we did a build a bigger ground, more people will come? I have no statistical analysis to back this up other than going from 15,000 (sometimes under that) at The Dell to 30,000... and in the past, Sunderland regularly filled out their 48,000 seater in the Champ? More tickets, better pricing, bigger crowd?

I like the city, it has a lot more going for it than Southampton and like someone said on here, there has been plenty more re-generation. However, the club and its fans can rot in hell.

I'm absolutely sure it will cause 'outrage' among the muslim community about being 'stereotyped', once again taking on the 'societies victim' role...

LOL! I almost done a 'fake sheikh' comic strip but settled for the 'dragons den' theme!

Oh well, after reading some of the vitriol from their boards, especially to some of our fans who genuinely wanted to just talk about the game and the absolute shiiite from Storrie-teller about being attacked, I hope the c()nts go out of business.

He's a right odious pr1ck. ****ing hell, he goes on like he's been shot at....

Spurs fan I reside with on seeing W******d: "I bet he f()cking stinks" I thought we had a smellovision TV for a moment :-o Anyway, definitely wasn't a 4-1 game - but for me there were 3 major differences between the two teams; 1. Pace upfront 2. The finishing 3. Ageing centre halves - not that Pompey's back four covered itself in glory, but Perry, whilst doing his best, REEEEEALLLY doesn't have it any more.

Love it how most of the girls on there are pouting, Junk-loving wannabe wags.

Wahey! The only man on the east side of Hampshire that tells more lies than Peter Storrie. Don't forget, Corpy, on the night you were 'packing' in 16,000 for Sunderland in a Premier League fixture (and possibly your last PL game), we had a full house at SMS for a Johnstone's Paint Trophy game. Pathetic support.

If I get the chance this evening, I will be creating one, final comic strip for all of your amusement

I cannot believe someone can actually do that

I have no real sentimentality towards LMc as I wasn't around for the days under his management, thats maybe why I take a rather suspect look at him, I suppose. Whilst I agree he shouldn't have to pay for a ticket, he was pretty happy taking his sizeable wage as we rode towards administration for 2 years...
-
If Scudamore is canvassing the opinion of the other 19 clubs, I would imagine they will agree to the proposal as if Pompey go out of business it will seriously affect the current league table after the expunging of results. Absolutely criminal if they get out of this...
-
No, f()cking way!

LOL!!!!!!

Awesome point... The PL have a lot of questions to answer themselves for lifting the embargo... ****ers, its a disgrace, really. Another bent organisation intent on feathering their own nest.

I just don't get it ... why can't we afford to give forces what they need? Why do we have to downscale, why do they have to suffer - surely they are one of the most important parts of any nation? It does make me wonder why we've got 'nappy trainers' working for local governments on 30k a year and you've got our forces personnel scraping by on 16k a year and struggling with substandard or out-of-date equipment. I bet there is a shocking black hole where all the money is being haemorrhaged on ridiculous schemes, jobs and people who are undeserving of this countries taxpayers money... but hey, while many people are on the gravy train and raking it in, why look for a solution to someone elses problem when it jeopardises your own comfy position and salary? When is the country going to have a legitimate and serious alternative political party who will come in, strip off the red tape and make us proud again? Surely there has got to be some politicians/people out there who really want to set things straight? Surely there are some people in this country who do things besides their own interests? Such a shame... what would it take for the UK to become a military power once more? I mean, a rival 'superpower' or to that effect? Increase not decrease

I was all up for a bit of Tom Petty 'free falling' and 'Jumper' from Third Eye Blind too.
