I do recall, yes. We did used to be on very communicative terms. Funny thing is, I wouldn't feel any real animosity towards them at all (perhaps some sympathy) but the way they have acted, wriggling, cheating, conniving and conspiring whilst also playing the hard-done-by card over and over and over again.
