I've been saying for years now that our goalkeeper coaches have made every one we get worse than when they've arrive. Seeing the goals on the highlight show he's not the worst keeper in this league (yet).

Was going to say that last night but, to much beer would have made it unreadable! The assistant could have flagged for offside and then the ref could decide if he thought the Q.P.R no.30 was interfering with play or not.

I thought it looked offside on the view I've had of it. How can anyone could think Che was offside?

I use to love going to that zoo and throw a fag at the smoking gorilla/monkey/ape or what ever it was. I think it doesn't matter what songs we sing if it's to fast. When OWTS is sung at slow/ normal speed it's loud, as soon as it gets faster fades straight away!

Think all you need to do is look at the quality Mcmenemy signed. Alan Ball, Jimmy Case, Mick Mills, kevin Keegan, Peter Shilton, Chris Nicholl, Peter Osgood, Ivan Golac, Steve Williams, Mark Wright, Phil Boyer,Jim McCalliog, Ted MacDougall, Dave Watson,Charlie George, Dave Peach and that's just a quick think about it. Those of us of a certain age have been quite lucky to have seen these play in a Saints shirt!

He may have been voted England's player of the last Euro's but, he only really had 1 good game. The others he was nothing special. For me he just does what most English midfielders could. Watching the match tonight pretty much confirms my thoughts on him.

If only Saints were half as good to watch as Quins!

A defender between him and the ball probably wouldn't have helped him. He would probably got beaten at the near post with a step to his right and I wouldn't like to guess what kind of flack he would have got if that happened!

Looks like I missed another stupid law change!

I think the decision was that he had 'come back from an offside position', so benefitted from having been offside. But you can't be offside from a ball being played side or backward, the ball has to be played forward which I don't see!

But there was video evidence to over-rule. The ball never went forward to the player who crossed the ball so he could never be offside no matter where he was standing. Just in case some don't understand what I'm saying. There are two things that need to happen to be offside, first you have to be in an offside position and second the ball has to be played forward. I haven't anything that suggest either of those two happened!

🤔 Compering different divisions points/results only shows how good/poor each team was in their respective division! 🙅‍♂️

How about putting StMary's spire on it. St Mary's church (which we owe our whole being to) is about the only thing that has anything to do with Saints and the area that's not! Seriously though I quite like it as it is.
