Think I read once that the newer balls were slightly heavier than the old laced balls when dry. Newer balls don't soak in the wet so stay at a consistent weight where as the old laced one could break your neck when heading on a wet day!

Any club would stupid to not employ a person that would make that club better on the grounds of colour, race, religious beliefs or any other reason. Bar someone who wishes to harm to others!

Agree. I think Everton may struggle against the press but, such a high line of defence to me is a bit more a bit more of a worry to me.

He wouldn't need to take a big hit on wages though, would he? If we were to buy him now what would the fee be, £5m and would be quite cheep for someone of his experience with at least 2-3 years left. If we offered £50,000 a week for 2 years with the transfer of £5m comes out at £10,200,00. Pay £10,200,000 over 2 years without transfer fee = £98,000 a week!

I think the thing you need most with worldwide marketing is the media. The reason the bigger clubs get more worldwide fans is they are always on tele and in the papers so people around the world see and know about them more. Don't know how we could get more time on tele unless we consistently finish higher in the league and/ or become more attractive to watch. So the answer is to,?

Which bigger club would want to pay £15m-£20m for a forward who had a bad season, goal wise though? I'd have thought "bigger" clubs would want one that's knocking them in like he was last season!

Would he want to go there to be behind Kane & Son. Wouldn't think they'd play all three together. Plus it wouldn't do his England chances much good sat on the bench for half the season I'd have thought.
