How do you feel it is moderated? Generally I think the mods do a good job, however I do not believe that there is any consistency with infraction points. I believe there are no parameters given and as a result infraction points are based on the personal views on the moderator. This is a dangerous position as it could lead to bans or infractions based purely on the personal stance of that particular mod. For example an overly sensitive moderator might find something distasteful and Infract when someone of a more solid state of Mind might not even notice the issue. My infraction was also for using an expression which had been used dozens of times before by many posters. Either it's infracratable for everyone or no one, you can't pick and chose who to Infract based on your own prejudices. Also I believe infraction points should be appealable. I was infracted recently and proved beyond doubt the mod was wrong to Infract, yet when I took it up with them was given a curt response followed by silence. This isn't a free forum, most pay to use it and as result I believe that we should be able to question and appeal infractions and bans and they should be judge by an independent persons rather than the same mod trying to justify their decision I make no apology for posting this thread as I have asked the mod in question no less than 4 times for an explanation as to why he infracted me, also providing evidence he was wrong to do so and in the rare occasion he did reply it was a curt, arrogant reply so I thought id raise this to the wider forum audience. I'm interested to hear your views.

The trouble with this country is, and young Andy is a prime example of this, the next generation is a generation of spolit brats with a sense of entitlement.
