  1. Thank god the Dutch cloud has gone
  2. I want a chairman I can believe in. One who shows that all important quality of AMBITION. one who tells me how great he is all the time. one who PROMISES Champions league football and a spending BONANZA. one who asks "think not if we can win the premier league, but how" One who tells me what I want to hear and then quits at the first sign of trouble. That is what I want.
  3. Why not just post it then when it happens and you're proven right it'll shut everyone up?
  4. No it isn't. If you remember we had Pelle doing that job and he was a whipping boy for our cretinous fan base. Not mobile enough, too slow, weak for a big guy, not very good, worries more about his hair, hibernates during winter etc. He was ironically cheered on his home debut and given all sorts of abuse by the crowd in his time here. What makes you think that if we had a player who could hold the ball up he wouldn't get similar treatment?
  5. It's at times like this I miss Franks Cousins posts.
  6. I wouldn't want you in a relegation scrap either. it's be whinge, whinge, moan, moan, sulk, sulk. You really are one of the biggest saps to ever have broadband.
  7. The cynic in me says this is PR to keep the fans happy that we're showing ambition in who we're trying to sign to ease the pressure on Reed and the manager.
  8. just what we need, bit of pace in the side. Loan or permanent?
  9. One moment against Huddersfield summed him up. He could have ran at his man attacking the defender instead he slowed is down, cut inside, then when the fans got on his back, rightly so for slowing the attack down, he petulantly tried to smash a cross field ball which rolled along the ground 25 yards to their player. P*ss poor play then petulance. I genuinely think there is a good player in there but he's got a huge attitude problem.
  10. Is this another one of those open letters?
  11. For the last twenty minutes we matched them, we hit the bar and created some good chances, we showed our good face for that time and need to make sure we do it for 90 minutes against manchester.
  12. The championship is probably the best and most competitive league in Europe We will be one of the biggest clubs in it Most of our helmet fans will f*ck off like they did last time Most of our helmet players will f*ck off More matches No pundits wa*king off about mangers Better atmosphere and prices More Saturday 3pm kick offs
  13. Absolutely abysmal. Baffling team selections, baffling tactics, negative, boring football, we're progressively getting worse as the season goes on, the only teams we've beaten have been ones who've been utterly sh*te. Best players not performing, players who've done well not getting picked, bizarre rotation policy, poor game management. Been a disaster and shown nothing to suggest its going to get better.
  14. Apart from letter being completely cringeworthy you also admit that in 2009 you breached ground and ticketing regulations by giving your ticket to a third party. The use of a ticket by someone other than the person named on it is prohibited by Southampton FC even if you did have a really bad cold. I suggest you hope no one at club reads this letter as you may be subject to a ban.
  15. Currently going through this list with a fine toothcomb I'd imagine https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/trainer/verfuegbaretrainer/statistik
  16. You always know when times are bad when helmets start writing open letters to the board
  17. Great point. I'll send a strongly worded email to dulux expressing my outrage at their racist production labelling.
  18. I've often wondered if Dulux using the term "Brilliant White" on their white paint would fall foul of racism as I don't remember their being a brilliant black paint, isn't the inference with this that white is better than any other colour? What would be useful is if we could have some of the lovely people who find this offensive could point out on a colour chart what shade is acceptable to go and which is overstepping the mark. Like you say plenty of white people use sunbeds or fake tanning products to make themselves appear darker skinned so surely there has to be a cut off point as to what is acceptable and what isn't.
  19. Have we agreed to it? I remember when Cortese wanted to buy every saints fan a beer at Plymouth away but those killjoys down in Devon refused his kind offer. The fact he wanted to do such a generous thing always made him a legend in my eyes.
  20. Aren't they chap. One minute your waxing lyrical about Katherina Liebherr and Ralph Kruger, the next you're whining and moaning how much the club is not run for the fans. You get yourself is such a frothy mess your pink shirt must be soaked in you're own angry, seeping perspiration.
  21. Bang on. Our fan base are a bunch of snivelling, whinging idiots. They are not saints supporters they are premier league customers. Whinging bleating dinlows. The sort of people who if they played the game would wear gloves in October. Too many fabrice Fernandes types in our fan base not enough Terry Hurlocks.
  22. They wanted to increase circulation in the gay community.
  23. Not really, we've failed to beat anyone who has been even slightly better than utter sh*te this season. even arsenal at their worst will fail to be as bad as Everton, west ham, west Brom and palace were.
  24. good point. I'd imagine the song would be, "Does your master know your here?" Interestingly and often forgotten is that this "racist" song could also apply to any player who was born In what was once the Roman empire as slavery there lasted for over 1,000 years with an estimate of 10m slaves, many of us direct descendants of it.. The song "does your master know you're here?" Could in fact be sung to any European or North African such was the scale of the Roman Empire. It'd be interesting to see an entire stand chanting "Does your master know you're here?" To Cese Febregas perhaps, a Spaniard, when an entire Hollywood film was based on a white, Spanish slave. Would this make the chant racist as its against a white person rather than black? Surely if anything this is more racist than to a black person as Roman slavery was far more widespread and lasted far longer than the black slave trade. If we were to sing "does your master know your here?"
  25. He was right about Lallana though
