Random Ex- Academy Player Transfer News no-one will care about...
Turkish replied to The9's topic in The Saints
Folly and griffit were both signed by Lowe at around 18 years old from France. The Hall you're talking about is presumably Fitz hall was signed by us from Oldham when he was in his early 20s and Blackstock joined us from oxford as a 17 year old none of them came through the academy. The two that did Matt mills currently plays for forest having made nearly 400 appearances most of them at championship level and Craine currently plays for Huddersfield having also played nearly 400 times in the championship, both having pretty decent careers. Not every player that plays for us came through the academy or is going to be the next Gareth bale. -
If you wear a replica shirt over the age of 14 there is a very good chance you are a fat, pathetic dribbling imbiclie whose greatest achievement is getting out of bed each day.

I'm embarrassed whenever the cameraman does a close up of our fans in the stands, it could easily be mistaken for a mental hospitals annual day trip.
-
When he was appointed we were told he was going to bring us exciting attacking football with high energy and taking the game to the opponents, what we are seeing is exactly the opposite. We couldn't be more opposite to that. The question is why. http://readsouthampton.com/2017/06/24/les-reed-looks-forward-future-pellegrino/

Can I be the first to have a pop at Les Reed for sacking him, useless bumbling Les saw off another manager FFS.
-
Who signed Bertrand, Cedric, Van Dijk and Romeu?
-
All credit to les Reed as well, a wonderful signing. Yet again he proves himself to be a transfer guru.

How many fans can claim they've seen their team lose in the San Siro and Wembley in the same season and should have won both.

Good point on politics. I tend not to discuss it with my mates either and most of us have more interesting things to discuss than obsessing about Corbyn or May or being bar expert politicians who think they know more than anyone, they are worse than the pub football fan who has no idea what is going on but tries to talk intelligently on the subject. I tend to find people who have a keen interest in politics to be very angry people. Angrily trying to shoehorn their beliefs into what they think they should believe. Outraged by everything, angry at the world. The lefties are probably slightly worse because they pretend to be lovely caring people but many of them have a huge superiority complex, freedom of speech as long as it's something they agree with, anyone who doesn't see the world as they see it is thick and probably racist.
-
Or it could also be down to the fact that sitting around on his arse and never actually going out and doing anything has made him feel lethargic and miserable. its well know that the less you do that the more miserable you become. If he actually dropped the superiority complex, became a bit more humble and went out for a few walks i'm pretty sure that his "clinical depression" would suddenly be cured and his parents, friends and staff might thinking he's less of a pompous, knowitall arsehole.

This has all the ingredients to be the most boring game of football in premier league History. #greatestleagueintheworld

Two things stand out here. One, you are an arrogant c*nt with a massive sense of self importance. That fact that you find everyone else's opinion "moronic" says more about you than it does about them. F*ck me! even you're parents don't escape your deluded, haughty chagrin. You feel so much more experience and knowledgable, f*ck me you're 27! You never leave the house, so you gained this experience from your twitter feed right? Who gives a sh*t if your dad has different political views to you? Who gives a sh*t if your mum is away with the fairies. My mum drove me nuts ringing me up because she couldn't work out how qto send a text or on her phone, my dad drove me nuts because he couldn't get sky sports to work, week after week. Both my parents are dead now, dead after both battling long illnesses, Alzheimer's and cancer respectively. What I'd give to get the chance to pop round to show her how to send a text just one more time, or watch a game with my dad, with the both happy and healthy. They are the best friends you'll ever have, treat them with the respect they deserve. You say you have people working for you you can barely tolerate? Here's news, they feel exactly the same about you. The ignorant, arrogant c*nt of a boss who is so far up his own arse he can chew his own spine! they think you're a pr*ck as well mate and I can see why. They hate working for you. Secondly the fact that you can't find anything interesting in your life suggests that as well as being arrogant and self important you're also a boring c*nt. Ever heard the saying only boring people get bored? Look I the mirror pal, right back at you. What do you do sit in with your equally boring bird/boyfriend watching sh*t on the telly sorry you're alive? How was strictly tonight? The fact that you've chosen to share your self pity with on a football forum with a load of people you don't know shows in fact, despite What you say about your parents you're the one so for removed from reality, no mates to take the p*ss our of you for being such an arrogant, obnoxious, miserable, ungrateful turd and bring you back to earth? I'm not going to boast about how great my life is, I'll leave that to others, but we have, you have a better quality of life than 90% of the world, you need to start being grateful for what you have and stop thinking you're better than you are.

Terrorist Attacks - WARNING: CONTAINS DISTRESSING IMAGES
Turkish replied to sadoldgit's topic in The Lounge
Hilarious how this survey of over 1,000 Muslims is now being slammed as meaningless because it was made In an area where there were some poor Muslims. Yet another example of lefties stamping their feet when something they don't like doesn't to their way. And another thing, Why aren't these Muslims being slammed as thick racists who hate their kids like white English people from poor areas were when they voted for Brexit? -
Terrorist Attacks - WARNING: CONTAINS DISTRESSING IMAGES

This only applies to Britain old boy not sure what the world has to do with it, 120,000 people would happily kill you and your children and your grand children for no reason. Then there are 2m people who would let someone kill you and know they were going to do it but do nothing about it. It might "only" be 4% who say they don't support them but 66% would stand back and let them do it. In a court of law if you know someone is going to commit a crime and don't report it you are guilty of being "knowingly concerned" so I'd suggest there are a lot more than 4% happy to see you and me dead pal. -

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/vast-majority-of-british-muslims-do-not-sympathise-with-suicide-bombers-survey-shows-a6977826.html 96% of Muslims do not sympathise with terrorist attackers, but 4% do. 3 million Muslims = 120,000 the population of Winchester do. 7%, 210,000 an amount the population of Portsmouth would strongly support sharia law 22% or 660,000 don't want to integrate into British life, a Sheffield sized amount of people 66% wouldn't inform the police if they knew someone who was connected to terrorism. Nearly 2m would stand back and let someone potentially commit a terrorist attack without reporting they were suspicious of it, more than the combined population of Birmingham and Leeds Then of course almost half of them think homosexuality should be banned THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT. -
It's incredible the reputetion this guy. Mitchell joined us in January 2012 leaving in November 2014, our signings when he was here were Rodriguez Davis Clyne Gazzaniga Mayuka Ramirez Yoshida Forren Lovren Osvaldo Wanyama Tadic Pelle Forster Long Mane Gardos Bertrand Alderwierld Mane and Lovren are probably the only one there you could say were successes based on him. Everyone knew the likes of Wanyama and Alderweirld were quality players, you don't need a super scout to tell you that, Clyne and Rodriguez were quality young players from the league we'd just come up from, again, you don't need a super scout to point them out. The likes of Tadic, Pelle would have been known to Koeman. Then you have the failures like Forren, Ramirez, Osvaldo and Mayuka, which if you're going to put the good signings down to him then he has to take the flack for them as well, after its him analyzes the data you say. Likewise his record at spurs isn't that great. Pretty hit and miss, For every eric Dier there are the likes of Clinton N'Jie and Federico Fazio, who? Exactly. He's got a massive reputetion amongst mongboarders with very little to actually back it up.

Maybe it's like the iPhone when once you've had a version for about 18 months and a new version gets released it starts going to sh*t. Think les needs to order the black box 7.

More rewriting of history. At the he signed Austin was considered a coup. I remember Shearer on match of the day emploring Newcastle to sign him as he'd be a hero up there. In his early games for us fans we ridiculously overexcited about him and seemed to think he was going to score every time he got the ball. Koeman didn't really pick him that much, Puel didn't in his early games then started to when it quickly became apparent he was the only one we had who could stick the ball in the back of the net. Then of course he missed half the season with injury. Now Pellegrino seems to want to try and play anyone else but him up front. Despite all this His goalcoring record based on goals per game for us is not bad 11 in 33 appearance in all competitions and overall in his career very good, so looking like he's just got in from a night on the p*ss when he plays realistically he's our best option at the moment if we want goals. And yes u agree with about Pelle, was a good player for us and a lot better than a lot of our fans gave him credit for. I remember him being ironically cheered on his home debut and being regularly abused by fans home and away. Now he's what we need! On another note Good to see Percy still obsessing about me, second time he's name checked me in a post in a matter of weeks, this time on a thread I hadn't even posted on until now

We love a crap player who runs around a lot, even better if they clap the fans at the end. See also Steeeeeeweve De Ridder, Tanadari Lee, Bradley Wright Phillips. It's incredible the grief Pelle used to get, now all the f*ckwits are saying his type exactly what we need I don't mind Long, he a decent squad player, works hard and unsettles defences bur first choice striker for a top 10 side, do me A favour.

I was about 7 years old and got danny Wallace's autograph in mikes chippy Midanbury on a Saturday evening.

Charlie Austin has scored more times with another woman than he has for Saints this season. Alledgedly

8 Games, 4 losses, 5 goals 2 of which were penalties, out of one cup already to a lower league side. Not good at all on the face of it. Then factor in he's got a fully fit side which has been improved on from last season, no fixture pile up Puel had to deal with and the fact that our two wins came courtesy of a last minute penalty against 10 men and a narrrow win against a team who can't even score let alone get a point it's been dreadful. There will be those that will say it's too early to judge him and that is fair enough but I can't see anything so far to suggest he's even the equal of Puel let alone an upgrade.

I thought people who voted for independence were all thick, racist scum who hate their kids so surely the police giving these vile individuals a good whack round the canister with their boot or truncheon is something we should all be pleased about?
-
It ultimately came down to who was left. As we know the black box manager mode has an incredible ability to be tracking managers for years who all just happen to be out of work when we need one. After either we or Marco Silva decided each other wasn't right we were unsurprisingly rejected by Tuchel, Schmidt went to china and that left De Boer and Pellegrini as the only names out of work, um I mean black box recommendations left that we had honestly been tracking for like literally years and had them lined up anyway, honestly we did. It was just coincidence that just like when we appointed Puel and Koeman all the managers we had be tracking for years were all out of work then too.

Bang on pal. Puel was no where near as bad as the *****s make out, still they got what they wanted, it's be goals galore since he went
