Of course you do, but the players performances have been lame at best. There was no fight against Rochdale and by the sounds of it, none yesterday either. This is not acceptable whoever is in charge. The team we have put out the last 3 games have conceded six and scored none, they are underperforming massively, whoever the manager players are accountable for their own performance, which hasn't been good enough. Or prehaps you disagree and think the s*it they have been serving is fine and Nigel Adkins can wave his magic wand and they will all become brilliant overnight.

Personally i think the motivation thing is a load of nonsense. These are profesional sportsmen, they are generally self motivated people, that is why they do the job they do, they dont or shouldnt need motivation, if i was a manager of a football club i wouldn't sign a player that needed motivation. If winning league titles, cups and playing in front of 20,000 people every week doesn't motivate them they are ****s. What a good manager can do though is inspire a player, make average players feel like world beaters & make teams feel unbeatable and get the best out of them.

That was a memorable night, i used to fondly remind a skate i used to work with about that attendance when he banged on about their support. Also taking delight in the fact that around that time we got 4 times that for a youth team game at SMS.

Not being funny, but at the end of the day whoever is in charge, players know the score, these cu*ts are not doing the business and are an embarassment to SFC at the momement. The players are not doing it and need to take responsibility foe thier performance, which is not good enough.

i agree, depsite all the sh*t their fans spout, their support is at best average. They struggled to filll Fratton when they had got over the novalty of being in top flight and over their one decent season. The fact that they struggled to sell their semi final allocation speaks volumes, can you imagine that ever happening to Saints? I just dont know where this myth comes from, as i say in 25 years of being a football fan as well a Saints fan i've never seen anything to suggest that their support, in terms of numbers anyway is any better than the likes of Reading, Preston, QPR and Coventry, certainly not worthy of the myth that seems to be associated with them.
