oooppps 1400 (although that sounds high for a long trip to get beat)
-
me +1, the usual 14k i guess

What is it with all these people who slag everything about the and dont go to any games?
-
Of course it is. Do you really think that a developer would buy the land and then hope (and thats a big HOPE) that the council would agree to change the use of the land to anything other than a sports stadium? Hiw uch would it cost to demolish and then fid they get no planning permission? Thats what will save the club as the only thing any new prospective owner could do with thier shiney new purchase is to rent it out to someone. I dont think anyone but saints would be interested.

Administration is the ONLY way to break this downward spiral
wild-saint replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Saints
Sense as I see it. Show me an alternative and then we have a choice. Utill that day we have no chohce but to fight our way out of trouble and support our team. Administration is not an option until we have no choice and its forced upon us. All IMO of course. -
God the people on this forum are ridiculous...

so what are the options then? -

And that is the point exactly. Until someone with oneyputs in a serious bid to buy the club we have no other option. So all these lowe out comments are quite frankly worthless untill that day. Or have i missed a viable alternative? If I have i aplogise but please enlighten me. FFS -
Halfway through the season (almost) and we are not in the relegation zone. The team are getting stronger and more experienced. We are undefeated in four games. You IMO are a Skate on here to try and take the **** and wind people up an IMO are a CVNT.

Players to be sold in January? Skacel, that will do me.
-
So are they meant to make up a new rule just for you. as you seem to have been to most games maybe you should have bought a season ticket? Just a thought.

Whilst I agree a top businessman would look for new and inivitive ways of creating new revenue streams they would also be realistic enough that a business has to be in a good financial state in order to survive in the short term. if that means reducing costs allowing thier business model to stack up in the short term then so be it. Medium term goals should be around increasing the revenue streams whilst managing overall costs. In the case of the saints (short of investment) the short term goal of the incumbant management team is to make the business financially stable / viable. Without this goal there is potentially no business to work on in the medium term. So IMO the steps currently being employed are credible sensible business decisions. Clearly most would like a change to the C level management team but my question is what would a new team d so differently without a larger cash investor backing them? IMO Not alot.

Oh my god Im not the only one who doesnt think we will sell off the kids. Surely Rasiak, Skacel, SJ and SM could be sold for something. Surely its supply and demand? If we sell them cheap enough we will get a buyer? I very much doubt that lowe will sell the team that is just keeping its head above water and risk his investment. If he refuses to sell and holds out in january, what the effing hell can barclays do? They could force us into administration but still cant sell the players until the new transfer window at the end of the season. IMO we will keep the current first team and do whatever we can to get rid of anything currently not playing.

SO how many people who refuse to go to games beacsue of Lowe will definately be attendance to this game I ask myself ...... most of them. Ih the Irony of getting a big draw to so see them crawl out of the woowork.

Go to a game and make your own mind up maybe a suggestion?????

The only thing Charlton had to offer was a high ball into Burton and gray. Firt half saints couldnt cope with the aerial balls and could have conceded three. Pearce on at half time(should have started as it was kind of obvious how charlton were going to play) and the saints were never troubled again in the air and it gave us the confidence to play our stuff. Oh do I enjoy watching this team knock it about. Most of the second half charlton were chasing shadows. Fans great, should have won and overall desreved to win. Morgan S ooozes class on the ball!!!!

Question to those loyal that bleed red & white
wild-saint replied to thefuriousb's topic in The Saints
when you pick a team, you pick it for life in sickness and in health. We are sick and in need of the help of ou fans to keep afloat. When a team is in decline, support dwindles and you are left with the true fans. Those are the facts and the 13-14k are indeed those. -
Sounds like an admission that you are indeed a skate. Also which one of my posts are you judging you knowledge against mine? I recall only calling you a skate **** based purely based on the negative comment on everything you post. Not even a hint of positive regardless of how dire the situation is.
-
your still a skate ****. excuse my dyslexia
-
You no longer support the team. This a saints fans forum. Why are u posting on here? Lowe may not be right for the club but at least he wants them to win. You pich a club for life so choose wisely is what i told my boy. Call urself a football fan. Shame on u

And we can also laugh at the 99.9 percent that didnt sell there houses 12 monts ago, move into rented and save 15percent of the value of thier houses.
-
and how does that effect my knowledge? The fact is i know im right regardless of how i spelt his name or regardless of whether you believe me.

If you need to have a saints poppy shirt to inspire you to donate some noney to the fund then I suggest you my friend are the tosser

These points explain why they dont bother going to games. We have so far gained 4 points out of the first two games. This exactly wht the missing 15000 should get thier heads out od thier arses and support thteam. I go because i know they are better than recent results suggest. Turn up believe and support your clu, things will change

Euell was a welcome return last night - good movement / runs, good in the tackle ad importantly was constantly talking to the team trying to keep them organised. Thompson - lots of ball out wide very little end product The goal - great finish by DMG - I feel he would be far more effective in a 442 with some support. Cov goal - how many chances did we have to make clearance, at least five times did we clear straight to a cov player pnly for it to be rammed back down our throats. However the final ball to morrison looked 1/2 a yard offside, I guess as noone else has has mentioned it I ust be wrong. For me the root of our problem is our inability to defend high balls into the box. This aint going to be sorted in any training session. The fact is we need a strong CB with a the ability to dominate arial balls. Even better would be two of them. That one change would inspire confidence throughout the team and we would be winning games -Simple. Overall a decent performance for me. MOTM Euell
