Heh, sorry, just had got fed up to the back teeth with a Skate that keeps insisting he's happier in League Two than in the Prem. That said, I do really wonder how some people keep supporting Saints when all they seem to be to them is a constant source of disappointment, maaaaybe an occasional source of contentment.

I've watched the Premier League as an interested outsider these last few years, last year was the most incredible finish we're ever likely to see, but watching history being made tonight, United winning their 20th title, felt different. WE are part of this history. The competition we just saw won tonight we are a part of. We took points off of their rivals, they had to be at their best to scrape past us twice, and we will be part of this year's final league table. The JPT, League One and The Championship was fun, and I'd follow Saints wherever they go, but this is the Premier League. People can criticise it all they want, but this is one of the top sporting competitions in the world, and I bloody love being a part of it. You know what else, one day that might be us. One day it might be us celebrating as our players dance on the pitch. We might not make it, we might not even get close, but dammit we're going to go into each and every season and give our all.

There are constant rumours of another Serenity movie, but Whedon is caught up with the Avengers 2 movie at the moment. An animated continuation is much more likely to be possible as it wouldn't require all the actors being in the same room at the same time, so voice acting could maybe fit around schedules better. In the meantime, if you haven't seen it, watch Doctor Horrible's Sing Along Blog. I'm afraid I'll have to disagree with you on it being a shame that Fillion got stuck in Castle though, that happens to be one of my favourite shows

Or the fans, if they actually do the right thing.

For a start he was out with a virus last week, so entirely possible he hasn't got over that entirely yet. For another, it's really easy to forget he's only 17, he's not going to have the fitness to play every minute of every game just yet. We're lucky he's been able to play at such a high level for as much of the season as he has.

If being unbeaten in 6 is 'fizzling out,' I'd take fizzling out all through the season.

Looks like they're going to be two leagues below Bounemouth next season then

Schneiderlin's been one of the best players in Europe this season, led alone the Prem, certainly deserves to be there.
-
Great news! Just Luke Shaw left to sort out with our current players now?
-
Because it would have taken more of my time to clear it if I'd let it carry on where it was headed. (or I'd have had to close the thread)

Red and White Stripes Black Shorts next year
Jimmy_D replied to Horton Heath Saint's topic in The Saints
Heh, you jest, there have actually been studies on this sort of psychology. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18344128 -
Cleared out the off topic stuff, please try to stay on topic.

Bit like your post there eh

We really did get to him didn't we?

A mate's kid asked me after the game earlier if the logo on our shirt stood for 'always above pompey'
-
Would that mean he'd have to call himself?

http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?15658-Our-Position-Or-Pompey-s Suprisingly, quite a few judging by that thread Even the ideal situation from then, unbroken promotions/relegations, we'd have only got to here at the start of THIS season.

I 4-1 will be very happy to ask any Pompey fan that tries to use THAT particular jibe if he's referring to our respective tiers WTFILN

Full Time, Pompey are gone!

The Doctor has scored for Oldham

I think the potential's there for him to be our best player, but he just hasn't 'clicked' yet. He just needs a run of two or three games where things go right for him, like J-Rod had, and we'd start to see the best from him.
