Which 90s band are you regretting the last 25-30 years over?

Yes, but I live in France. Saw them in Paris in 2010. Never rated ' fight this generation ' until I saw them live. -

I would take a different position, I missed a load of bands in the 90s , because I stopped listening to radio one, because of Dave Pierce and some other fuckwitt I the mornings made my drive into work unlistenable. Missed out on Pavement that way, my favourite band now. Got tickets to see them at Primavera, hopefully goes ahead after 4 postponements. -
I did a maths degree, but didn't sign up for the big number theory u it's, but I think it will be massive.

Salisu, Romeu and Stuart Armstrong

Lets hope we don't concede any corners before McCarthy gets fit . FFS

We were doing ok for the first 20 , then two stupid decisions cost us. KWP went for a press that he was never going to get, which left us wide open for the first. For the 2nd, my stream buffered while JWP was pointing at Tierney running past him, rather than sticking with him. Nobody picked Tierney up, even though there were 20 seconds of pissing about on the other side before the ball came in. Everyone was ball watching. 2 nil game over against a poor Arsenal team. Diallo has been anonymous. Hope Broja steps up and links with Tella abit to make the 2nd half more interesting.

I liked him as a player. The chipped pass for Long to score against Vittesse showed vision, temperament and technique. Most strikers we have had since would have just wellyed it and hoped it missed the keeper. It is a big shame he couldn't settle in Southampton, but you can't blame a guy for moving on to San Sebastian and then Seville !

The United Kingdom and the Death of Boris Johnson as we know it.

They keep denying it, but history should show them that it wasn't the burglary that forced Nixon to quit, it was the cover up! -
They made a film The Damned United about the dirty Leeds, they never bothered making a film about The Ale House Brawlers. That puts the size of the clubs into perspective

That was in the bag until injury time Yes Brighton had loads of possession, but weren't really hurting us with it, but once the board went up, Saints, almost to a man, turned into Sunday League players. A 50p head header from Salisu, that crappie corner that ended up with Ely getting booked, Jwp not playing it up the channel and finally Jwp decides to be the first Saints player in years to stand on the post at a set price and blows the offside trap! We should be comfortable in mid table, but stupid decisions are killing us.

Forster, S Armstrong and Bednarek all out injured .

I thought we did ok against a team that is man for man better than ours. If you picked an eleven from the two squads last night I think Redmond or Salsiu might get in, but that is it. Armstrong needs to learn to play a one two. Sit him down and make him watch Channons goal against Liverpool ( 200 pass move in 82 ) until he gets it. Too many attacks slowed down while he tried to take people on instead. Also, bringing Dewsbury-Hall on changed the game, as if we put a man on him it left his butler unmarked ! .

I watched the first half of the Wolves game in a hotel room, walked the dog and had a quick beer at half time. I thought about going back to watch the end of the game, checked my phone , saw that Long had come on and so ordered another beer instead!

Crazy formation. There is no midfield protecting the back 3 , Livramento doesn't have a clue about his defensive position. Just awful. Switch to a back four FFS and try and keep the goal difference in single digits. At least the 3 up front has caused more problems than last week, but that is not saying much. And Broja is more like the Albanian Shane Long today, LOOK ALONG THE F ING LINE !

The Kat was superb that day! I Wasn't planning to go to that game, but got given the heave ho by a girl the day before, and there was a space in the car , so off I went. Had a dream the night before where I asked my dad how Saints got on and he said they won one nil! I replied Wish I'd gone !

Usual first half, not getting the 2nd goal while on top. Missed the equaliser, letting the dog in. From what have read, my dog would have saved it. 2nd half was awful and none of the subs worked. Broja was even worse than Walcot.

I think Kane has stayed on holiday in Miami, but Daniel Levy has hired a look-a-like to save face .

Created soo much in the first half, could have been 2 nil up after 3 minutes. Great goal but didn't take the easy ones. Good performances all round, but with some better decisions we would have been out of sight.

Absolutely mental. Never driven with a trailer, but it looks so hard. Did some removals with my mate with 40 years experience and it took him 4 goes to hitch up his trailer.

The Palace ultras should ship that banner out wherever Newcastle are playing. Brilliant

Should have dropped Romeu back deeper as soon as we went 2 1 up, to try to deal with the knock ons from Wood. Great finish from Cornet though. Thought JayRod should have got a straight red for that tackle, late, six studs in the shin and both feet of the ground . We came back well considering Burnley's disruptive tactics, not seen that much time wasting since Football Itallia was on Channel 4 Not sure Redmond wasn't offside for that miss, If Wallcott scuffed that chance with hos left it would have gone in on the other side of the goal. When Tino hit the post soon after I thought it was going to be one of those days, so I will take the point and draw a blue line.

France has more people vaccinated than the uk now and are doing boosters too. The 9 times death rate is based on the fact ratio of infections to deaths being similar in developed countries, thus 9 times as may people infected means nine times more people hospitalised in the next 2 weeks and then the same ratio of deaths within the following 2 weeks as a viroligist was discussing on the BBC this morning.
-
We have kept mask wearing indoors and at busy markets in France, and you can't go in a bar or restaurant if you have not been tested/vaccinated. The cases have just started going up again, but only to 5,000 a day, against the 45,000 a day in England. On that basis you would expect roughly NINE TIMES the number of deaths in the UK to France in a months time, if the UK Gov continues to ignore the problem. Also, with this new more virulent Delta variant, don't be suprised of the UK ends up back on everyone's Red List for travel. But yeah, but freedom day innit !

Keep Perraud at left back. Burnley keep a block of 8 at the back, so Kwp would be running into a brick wall. We need Perraud keeping wide.
