Don't worry Ralph is an expert in leadership and motivation, didn't you know?
-
NC did a wondeful job for the Liebherrs as well as for us, they must have quadrupled their investment by now and he got us from near bottom to near top.Whether you liked him or not, he did the job big time, pity he was stopped
-
It's ironic that Ralph K has written a book on motivation and leadership but it was NC that actually did it, where has the motivation and leadership been since he left?
-
I feel very angry and a bit cheated but I'm keen to see our new players and the youngsters I don't know and I reckon the best thing is to support them
-
If we got £75million for 8th place even before all these sales, how can we have debt?
-
Do we know how much Maxwell is paid compared with our own players?
-
The fact is, none of the people who own us are interested in football. Ice hockey and Mars bars. That's it!
-
But don't forget he has written a book on leadership

Can we get ST money back for sale under false pretences?
-
NC put offers in the bin. End of.
-
Is Duncan still happy with the Board, after all they sell his books so what does it matter if they sell the team?
-
If he stays we should back him heartily, he's a very good player who has been badly advised by agents who want to make money out of him. We will have to forgive and forget like we did with Puncheon
-
I do not understand what is going on, we say we have no need to sell, we say we are not a selling club, we know the players are under contract and we surrender to their wishes and sell them. Why?
-
I shall go to Peter Sainsbury's funeral on Wednesday, Peter played fro Hampshire for 20 seasons, scored 20,000+ runs, took 1300+ wickets, held a record number of catches, was the only man to be in both Championship winning sides (1961 and 1973) and then became the coach. Why is the reception room named after Shane Warne?

Each manager has someone who fades and someone who rises in his regime...here's hoping for Mayuka

Lovren should be welcomed back, he said some things he shouldn't have but he was worried about the direction and leadership of the Club at the time, so was I and loads of others. If he is reassured it will be a positive sign for us all...come back Dejan, I'm pleased you were so concerned---now lets get cracking!
-
It really is awful English, embarrassing that any journal should publish it, does,t any editor read the proofs? Unfortunately what he is saying about the club management is painfully true, the fans have been misled, and paid for their season tkts in advance!
-
Will they be able to see each other?
-
I hope he hasn't burnt his bridges. If the Tadic buy shows him we have ambition he might change his mind and I would welcome that. Agents stir players up and they may regret it
-
With the signing of Tadic as a sign of our ambition, Lovren may change his mind and realise we do mean business and give us his best again---we can always hope, I would quickly forgive him because the appearance of lack of ambition made me angry, it will be good to be proved wrong
-
Why are we still obsessed with Pompey, just ignore the sad fishy folk. There's real clubs to dislike at the moment
-
Isn't Ralph the chairman known as a leadership authority? Hasn't he published a book on leadership? where is the club's leadership?
-
We weren't far off, we were fourth until the goaly broke his hand. At that point we needed to strengthen but the money or the will dried up and NC left. From then on it has been confusion. btw the Liebherr investment has grown to £200million so she ought to think it money well spent

All that interests me is who is going to wear the kit, not whether its stripes stars or sashes
