The law in this area is complex and often misunderstood. Firstly, there is no such thing as "common law" partners. Nobody has a right to anothers property just because they have lived together. It will be necessary to look at the intentions of you both, ie was it ever intended that he would have an interest in the property. His payments, he may say, were in reliance of an agreement between you both. You may disagree. Either way a fight over this would cost £7-12k per side. Would he really spend that chasing £12k? If you want some specialist legal advice send me a PM, always happy to help out a fellow saints fan.

There has never been such a rule. The job becomes redundant, not the person. Employers normally invite employees to reapply for jobs then go from there. Longer serving employees cost more to get rid off. Older employees will scream age discrimination if they do not get to keep their jobs. Age discrimination cases can cost employers a small fortune. Thus it often follows that the last in normally goes first. It

Not this year but it is a cracking run. I have patellar tendonitis (aka owen hargreaves knee) which has curtailed my running for the last year. Is bloody frustrating. I am hoping that it will settle so I can get back and run this race again next year. Those running, good luck and enjoy.

Shoes will be the main issue. Probably not got enough support and and cushioning. Alexanders or similar will check your feet and running style and fit some shoes that will sort you out. Tight hamstrings and/or glutes will also tighten the lower back so stretch it out.

Best phone deal imo is the Orange San Francisco for £ 99 on payg. An Android phone with a brilliant screen that can be unlocked for less than a quid. Stick a Gigggaff sim in it and you got a cracking phone and tariff with no contract or tie in period.

Top two, no doubt.

Cross purposes I think. No way that SMS could accomodate a full athletics track and a footy pitch. Issue is wheteher it could accomodate an athletics track.
-
Why is everyone getting so excited over this? The original post wrongly referred to the cinder track (or whatever it is) as a running track. I don't know this jeff bloke but I'm pretty sure that he never meant that usain Bolt and 7 others could do the 100 metres on that little track down the side or the Kingsland. The fact is that SMS is not set up as an athletics stadium. What none of us know (or at least no one has said with any authority) is whether SMS could accomodate a full 8 lane 400m running track. The stadium is very wide so it might be possible.

You have "paid" in that you have given them authority to charge £1k to uour card. Any failure to actually charge your account is an admin issue between the store/streamline/your card company. You have done nothing wrong and are not obliged to any more. My advice is to put the £1k aside in case the transaction hits your account. If it doesn't then happy days.

Sounds like good business. I only ever buy at auction and have not bought a bad one yet. Best deals are oop north. The best deal was a Rover 620 (then a nice car, a Honda Accord with a Rover badge). Loads of miles but all motorway with full history. Was an ex vodaphone company car. No accidents and immaculate. I bought it 3 years old with mot for £2200 iirc. I drove it for nearly 3 years until someone went up the back of me and wrote it off. The insurance company gave me more than I paid for it. I went back to the auction and bought another ex fleet car which I drove into the ground before selling for a reasonable sum. Anyone wanting a car should register with BCA and find an auction with several cars they fancy. Then go up with a mate, buy a bargain and drive it home. Otherwise a trader will buy it and sell it to you at a premium.

Leftback I salute you. At least you come on here and put your ******** on the block - invariably without risk of castration. Please ignore the whining ****ers on this board and continue with your posts.

Have fitted their struts. Excellent and just push on, just get a mate to hold the boot open. Buy without any worries.

Simple, ask them. Have a poll. If the majority agree then implement it.
-
I see the point but the way I see it is that the restriction to 3 x posts for non members is enough of a distinction. I cannot believe that full members would begrudge non members the ability to post new threads. Perhaps a poll? If the majority approve make the change. The board needs to change - Hatch's M & S comparison is spot on.

Originals or s2 or s3? What colour and condition? What stands are they - again colour and condition? Subject to the above I am intersted, at the right price.
-
As a full fee paying member I agree. The rule is stupid and should be abandoned immediately imo.

Shower trays are sold bare - waste kits are extra. This is just the tray. Picture and details here http://www.wickes.co.uk/Easi-Plumb-Quad-Cast-Stone-Shower-Tray/invt/207310

Same team as last week. 3_1 saints for me.
-
Tough as it would be on both players I would start with neither. On merit Guly deserves the shirt after last week but this is a must win game. Huddersfield are our main title rivals imo. Huddersfield have a superb midfield and the game will be won/lost there. I would start Lambert on his own up top with morgan/hammond/chappers in the middle with lallana and puncheon coming in from the flanks. Guly and Barney are amazing bench options at this level and I would start them there.

IMO a fresh start is needed. There are a few idiots who seem intent in sabotaging every thread and contributing nothing positive, I can understand why the mods would have become ****ed off with that and thought "uck it I will spend my evenings and weekends doing something that I actually enjoy." FWIW I think that the blend of the mods is as important as the individuals. Eg, 6 boring mods who clamp down on thought control will continue the rot imo. Far better to have a few of sensible souls and a few who will help restore some energy to the site.

Probably. Pulis has 4 caps for them.

But we do not know the actual reason why AP and his merry men were relieved of their duties. We therefore cannot say whether the decision was justified and by extension whether NC warrants criticism. For me the timing was odd which probably suggests that there was something serious that warranted decisive action. If that is so and the more serious rumours we hear are true then AP had to go. If they are not, and AP simply did not like the new structure (which was introduced after he was appointed), it is hard to see how NC is beyond criticism. No boss would welcome a new management structure being put in place around them. If AP went for footballing reasons then NC should have fired the bullet pre season and/or lined up a replacement before getting rid. With all said and done though, NC seems determined to take our club back to the prem. He doesn't seem to give monkeys if he makes a few enemies on the journey. For that I love the fella.
