If he's got evidence that Cortese is running the club badly, why doesn't he just come out and say it, rather than pathetically use his mate. If Cortese is running the club poorly, we all want to know about it.

No, just because I think they would do better than Adkins, does not mean I want them in. There are plenty of other managers about, who I rate higher than those 2. Do you understand now?

He did a decent job when he was here last time, but he had the sense to get out at the right time. He would certainly make us harder to beat, but so would Hoddle.

Why would they print this now. I remember a season or so ago, when we were warned that 'dark forces' were trying to undermine the club. Can they smell blood? I'm sure Cortese's not a nice bloke. I don't agree with his treatment of the Ex-Saints, if that is true. His management style is probably not to my liking. But he has been a major figure in bringing us back from the point of oblivion to where we are now. To be fair, he's the best chairman we've had since Woodford.

If true, do we credit NC for our 2 promotions? If NA is responsible for team selection and tactics, then he is showing up to be pretty average. If he's having all the decisions made for him, then he should stand up for himself and the team (unless he's just a yes man here for the contract). For me, he comes out of it poorly either way.

Yours is a great example of the effect different managers can have on the same group of players.
