Would like to get rid of about 3 stone. If I could achieve this by over-eating, taking little exercise and drinking more then I should be fine.
If not, and I require willpower to achieve my goal, then sadly I fear I'll fail, like I do every year.
Doesn't make good reading does it. I haven't given up on Gaston and from what I've seen Osvaldo has looked absolute class at times. It is very difficult to make a case for the others you've mentioned though. The transfer committee method looks like a busted flush to me.
i would add another keeper to the January list as well. How well is McCarthy playing at Reading. If Adkins thinks Gazza is so great we can chuck him in as part of the deal!
Good post, by the way.
Ideally none of Fox, Jos and Gazza will be playing.
For Fox not to play we would need 1 of Clyne or Shaw to be fit. If neither we're fit we could play Chambers left and Cork or Davis at right back.
For Jos to be dropped we would need Fonte to be fit. If Fonte isn't fit, then I would rather play Cork there. I would even play Yoshida.
Gazza is more tricky. The only alternative seems to be Cropper. If he isn't being considered at the moment, I can only conclude he isn't very good. Alternatively, we could play Cork there.
I wondered the same thing, but after doing a bit of checking on him I would say it's unlikely. According to the Saints website he's more of a creative midfielder.
Fair enough, but if he wasn't a f****** useless c**t they wouldn't shout it at him.
I've spoken to someone in the game who reckons he's got a 'heart the size of a pea'.
I certainly didn't. We've been so unlucky with injuries, but these backups are truly awful. Gazza wasn't brought here as a 3rd team goalie, he's just been relegated to that position. Whoever scouted him, and whoever on the committee agreed to buy him should all be looking at themselves.
I've done nothing for a while and put the weight on.
Can I have your suggestions for a good fat-burning program I can do in the gym. I fully intend to eat sensibly as well, once the Christmas festivities are over.
