Bit premature , remember Swansea thought they’d got a good one when they got Carvalhal in. IF we continue to progress then it is a question that can be asked. I’d say it depends how next season goes. Can’t really see him leaving in the summer, but a good season next and he’ll be gone. Personally, I’m just going to enjoy him whilst he’s here and hope we replace properly. Great defensively, best defensive show since Anfield semi final. Hope the nipper learns from his sending off today, because he’s lucky the rest bailed him out. Clearly when it’s backs to the wall, the defensive unit will get the plaudits but Long & Redmond worked tirelessly and did their job. All 3 centre halves did well, but Vestergaard was magnificent. Oriol Romeu had his best game since Puel and arguably his best for the club. Recently I’ve felt increasingly detached from the players and their poor attitude. We had on paper an average match day squad today, but they did us proud. Amazing turnaround of the club by Ralph, it’s going to be fun whilst he’s here. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk -
The project fear playbook will be used on them at the next election. What’s to stop Carney or the BoE voicing their concerns, foreign leaders, the imf ( they’ll obviously be subtle about it, but the leaks will come). Big business always back the Tories, but labour will have real credibility issues if their line is to listen to big business when it comes to Brexit, but ignore them when it comes to Corbyn. Surely the best defence of Corbyns economic plans is to point at Brexit and say “they were wrong then and they’re wrong now”. The tories will paint Jezza as a threat to jobs, to prosperity, a real earthquake and fundamental change. Surely an orderly Brexit will prove that the country can sustain a similar shock,so I really don’t understand why their MPs are parroting project fears scare stories. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I’ve learnt that some people are better off being put on ignore and that Brexit has turned Verbal mad. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

The supporters and officials consider it the same club, and I believe the ‘88 players do as well. This is from their official website. “Just two years earlier, it was Danny Kedwell whose final penalty kick in the shoot-out decided the Conference play-off final against Luton Town at the City of Manchester Stadium. Such penalty heroics were hardly something new for older supporters, who remembered the saves from the spot that immortalised the names of Dickie Guy and Dave Beasant in FA Cup folklore.”. They do not consider they’re “making their own history”, and neither do most neutral supporters. “Congratulations to them” . Lol , I wouldn’t say that in front of Vincent Jones or Fash if I was you. George Galloway got beaten up and nobody in Westminster gave a shiny Shiite. Just because a few Neanderthals called Sloshbry & little Owen Jones nasty names, the snowflakes are all melting. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I’d have thought having a dad like you would spoil their lives far far more than a democratic election result Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Proper supporters know they won it in ‘88. Hell, even Franchise FC have admitted that now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

As you can see, I merely asked which other trading blocs had an army? It’s clearly a touchy subject amongst little Europeans Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Give it a rest There’s a massive difference from Liverpool chasing their first Premier league title + champions league than Eddie Howe or Claude resting players. I don’t like Klopp and don’t particularly like the present players, but criticising him for tonight is just bloody ridiculous. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Do Trading blocs have freedom of movement, a flag, a parliament, a president, an anthem, an army? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Which other trading blocs have a single currency, flag, anthem, army and are moving towards “ever closer union”. What you arrogant remoaners don’t understand is most people who voted Brexit aren’t against a trading bloc like NAFTA or APEC, they’re against The EU and the unstoppable movement towards a federal Europe. Wes Hoedt - Loaned to Antwerp: Official
Lord Duckhunter replied to Cabbage_Face's topic in The Saints
Dutch footballers tend to speak their mind and they do come across as arrogant. There’s a fine line between confidence and arrogance, and you can’t make it at the top without unbelievable confidence in your own ability. I’m not that concerned about arrogant players, provided they back it up with performances. Maybe Ralph is installing a bit of humility into him, or maybe he just doesn’t rate him. There is a player in there somewhere and as Ralph has shown with Vestergaard, he will give second and third chances. Maybe he’s seen something in Vestergaard that he can work on, but personally I think he’s just as poor as Wes. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk -
Class act. Great pro, in some ways a throwback to the days when players seemed somewhat normal. Up there as one of my favourite players. Not met one supporter from any of his previous clubs or neutrals with a bad word to say about him. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

When do you think you should stop doing so, or do you propose yearly referenda. What if Remain win the re run, shall we check again in 2020? Even if we don’t have a re run, the people have an opportunity to change their minds every 5 years. They can vote for a party that wants to join the EU, after all that’s how the losers reversed the result of the last vote. The Lib Dem’s went into the last election with the slogan “Exit from Brexit”, had they won a majority that’s exactly what would have happened. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
