  1. What happens if a players 50/50 , could prob get through the game but isn't really fit. Surely you leave them out rather than taking a chance that they miss the final. If VvD is going to be out I wouldn't have any problem with him leaving Yoshida out of the game prior to the final as a precaution. What if the fitness team say Gardos needs 2 first team games to be able to do a job from the bench. Does Puel say **** off ,I'll take the chance that his second appearance in 2 years is during our most important game for 14 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. When they were cheap I knew of a Spurs and a man Utd fan who became members just to get tickets for that particular game. I've always thought the best way was to charge a lot ,maybe £100 and then knock a £10 off the first 10 games you go to . Or even a half season ticket . You pay half the amount for a S/T and then get to choose 10 games to attend. Obviously your seats not reserved , but you get first dibs when each game goes on sale. Would certainly help people who can't make every game, but go regularly . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Agreed. After 3 major cup finals in 41 years, do people really think we're going to get to two in one season. After Weds effort players like Yoshida,OR & Davo needed a rest and as the modern full back is vital to the game , prob best to rest them as well . It's a pretty good idea to give the young keeper a couple of run outs, I'm sure the moaners will have a field day had his debut been the EFL cup final. Still, it gives people another chance to moan about Puel and how backwards we've gone this season. How did Everton get on today BTW. And to compare this to Sunderland away under Poch is bizarre. We had nothing to play for then. We're in a cup final now ffs. As far as I'm concerned every single game should be played with that final in mind. If someone's 50/50 leave them out. If someone needs a rest, rest them. I'm pretty sure if we turn Utd over that Jose will blame their work load and number of games played since the turn of the year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. You're joking right? The numptys on here would have slagged him off had he done that Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Finally some common sense on here. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I don't understand their thinking. What are people going to do next season? Buy a membership pre season in case we get to a final , or wait until we get to one and then buy a membership? If you can buy one retrospectively what's the point in spending money preseason when a cup final comes along once in s blue moon? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I've spoke to SW trains to ask if they're putting more on. Guess the reply? Big fat no. They did say they would ensure there were enough buses on for people coming from Bmth, Xchurch & New Milton. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Puel out Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Yeah but with Forster in nets we've no chance, I can't think of one pen he's got anywhere near. Need to hold back a sub & do what LVH did in the World Cup, get another keeper on for the pens Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. It still amazes me that people still ring the club alerting them to practises that are clearly against the rules. As somebody else said if it's self service a red light will flash and a steward "may" look over. If he does and sees a nipper 999 times out of 1,000 it'll be ok. If it was me the only issue would be the heartbreak a nipper would suffer if she was checked. It's one thing an adult getting chucked out , another a nipper Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Cheers , my eldest has 7 homes including Arsenal & WHU. What do people think it'll fall to . There will be more on 8 than there would have been had the next 2 not counted , because loads will now buy the next 2 who wouldn't have done so had we lost yesterday ( not having a moan , just stating a fact) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. How many ST holders have we got? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Im sure tickets from unofficial sources will be easier and cheaper if hull manage a major upset Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Don't know how true this is , but my mate who works in the press has just told me that the reason away games aren't being counted is the swapping of tickets . With home games they're pretty certain that the person whose name the ticket is bought under is the person attending , but with away games they've no idea. Therefore somebody with 7 aways on his membership may only have actually been in person to 3 . No idea if thats true or not, but it's a theory Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I think Matt summed the handball up perfectly . He said , had it been given he'd have understood why , but would have felt slightly hard done by. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. As a S/T holder I'm ok but I'm surprised away games haven't been counted for members . Doesn't seem right to me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. There's going to be chaos if you're coming from the west . Buses replace trains from Bournemouth to Parkway that day Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Now I've calmed down I can reflect on the match & performance. Easy to say " they're all hero's" ( and maybe they are),but I thought we had to carry Tadic, he was very poor. Back 4 & OR were superb . Davo did well , worked hard and played a real captains role. JWP had another good game. Fair play to Claude for picking him over Classie. Needs that level week in week out. Redmond was fantastic first half , faded a bit second. JRod still not quite there yet and Long the perfect sub in that game. Despite the temptation to give Stephens motm, it has to be Yoshida or OR for me. Lot of pressure on those 2 to perform . To me Yoshida edges it for playing so well and then marshalling that young lad. He's turning into a club legend!!! Finally Puel. Tactical master piece there. It wasn't surprised tactics or anything new ( I think we'd have all set up like that ), but the drilling and coaching of the formation. The players looked comfortable in the set up and well coached. We had a game plan and stuck to it. His substituations were spot on , particularly Simms for Redmond and PEH instead of Classie. And he deserves utmost credit for chucking Stephens in instead of mixing things up ( as I wanted him to). What a boost for the youngsters on the fringes. Gives me real hope for the future. 20. Great day for Steptoe today. He pays tribute to a dead policeman , who hasn't actually died . And then labour select a Remainer who called for Turkey to join the EU to fight Nuttell in the Stoke by-election . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Agreed. It wasn't as if we had an easy run. Arsenal away ( and ok not a full team, but still pretty decent) and then Liverpool who played their strongest available side twice. Throw the VvD injury into the mix and it's a ****ing great achievement . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Puel

Yeah that's right. The Puel out brigade weren't over reacting or wrong . Puel was wrong but is changing . Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. He's been solid all season Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. I guess winning the Euros makes a difference . Had he not won anything in his career , and unlikely to at West Ham , I'm sure it would have hurt more if he didn't have one of the greatest prizes in his locker Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Fair play , but you also gonna stop this Redmond is a championship player nonsense as well Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
