Wembley Tickets - extra tickets also SOLD OUT
Lord Duckhunter replied to Harry_SFC's topic in The Saints
It’s such a short sighted move as well. What’s the point in buying a membership next year, if you can just buy one if we get a big end of season game. I’m a ST holder, so doesn’t affect me, but it’s a bit of a joke really. At least they’ve done away with the extra one for ST holders to claim, so they’re slowly learning. -
Do you think taxes are too high, too low, or about right?
-
Unfortunately that’s true. Your anti semitism has been obvious since page one of this thread.
-
From the bloke who has just used all his daily posts telling us how the IDF could have avoided the incident.

The problem with linos flagging is it will result in legitimate goals being ruled out. So all VAR will do is disallow goals where the Lino has missed the offside or foul. It won’t allow play to continue when the Lino’s mistake is flagging when it wasnt a foul or offside.
-
Soggy would probably want a risk assessment carried out & a health & safety brief before responding to an enemy attack.
-
You can’t put the genie back in the bottle, I’d be amazed if it got scrapped. The main problem with it is this ridiculous “re refereeing the game” pony. They’re obsessed with it, so instead of judging a decision based on its merits, VAR has to decide how bad the error was. They don’t do this with other officials. If the lino thinks it’s a penalty, he indicates a penalty. His thought process isn’t “I think it’s a penalty, but it’s not an horrendous mistake by the ref so will let it go”. What’s wrong with VAR saying “I think it’s a penalty, go and have a look”, whats wrong with VAR saying “I’d have sent him off, go and have a look”. This artificial measure they’ve put in place to protect the on field decision, causes confused & muddled decision making imo. It should be clear and concise, the ref will still ultimately decide once he’s watched it.

What’s weird about it. If Mara is dropped Friday, are we suddenly not allowed to say how shite he is? Are we not allowed to say “thank god he’s not playing”, if Che Adam’s bangs in the winner, nobody is allowed to state “Mara wouldn’t have scored that”. Fuck me, why does Baz merit different treatment than everyone else, it’s not that he’s any good. It’s perfectly reasonable to mention how shite Baz is and how lucky we are he got injured. We’d probably be 2 down if he wasn’t.

Perhaps Soggy should nominate somebody to sort out the Welsh NHS as Labour don’t seem capable. The state of it should concern us all, as Starmer says the Welsh Government is a blueprint for The UK under Labour.
-
I’m against free loaders getting in just because they’ve worn the red & white. Look at that Mara bloke, how the fuck did he get in the ground. Had a really good view stood there watching the game as well. I’d prefer to have seen a bloke with 10 aways in there rather than him. Much more deserving.

The big difference for me was the way AM dealt with their dangerous long throws. We’d have conceded from at least one with Baz in nets. I can’t believe this is even up for debate, as average as AM is, he’s a level up from Baz in actual goalkeeping. You know, the thing a goal keepers paid to do.

What you on about “without immigration “, who is proposing that. Typical thrill response when it comes to discussing immigration. Id hope people would understand it’s not a binary choice, todays levels or none at all. Saying Governments loosen immigration targets to boost GDP projections and therefore give them head room for their pet projects, isn’t an argument for no immigration. As for the OBR, remarkable how we managed for hundreds of years without it, it was only set up in 2010. Restraints imposed by a unelected quango, no surprise that the soft arsed wokies on here are all for it.
-
Both parties are addicted to immigration, have been for 30 years. Legal migration is eye watering, but they’re unwilling to take the difficult decisions needed to do anything about it. Boris Johnson was as liberal as most of the Labour Party when it came to immigration and even Liz Truss had to loosen her policy to give herself fiscal headroom. You won’t get any radical government from either side, particularly with the ridiculous OBR. Make no mistake, what happened to Truss would have happened to Corbyn had he won the last election. It’s why you end up with a big blob with barely any difference between Governing parties. Economic policy is pretty much settled, it’s a question of who can manage it better within tight confines. I guess some will see this as a positive as you’ll never get extremes, but you’ll never achieve change. Anyone who thinks Starmer will fundamentally change the NHS, the economy, or immigration is living in cloud cuckoo land. The best you’ll get is he manages decline more competently.

It would if it could. Anyway, is Egypt part of this siege, because last time I looked there was a border with them. So to answer your question (not that you’ll see it as like Turkish I’m on ignore 😂). If Tel Aviv was being flattened, id expect their neighbours to allow them in to protect life. Put it another way, if the Taffs were under attack id expect the English to let those that wanted to leave through the border to safety.

Fuck me…Friday night in, few beers and watching the remastered Let it be released this week on Disney If anybody is in any doubt the bloke is a genius they should watch this. Two months after The White album, they turn up to write and record another album in 4 weeks, all in front of a film crew. In that short period McCartney gives us Let it Be, Long & Winding road, Get Back & 2 other really good tracks. All in 4 fucking week. The Peter Jackson Get Back thing was a bit like walking through treacle, even for a fan like me. But this is perfect. Not been shown for 50 odd years, Jackson does the pictures & Giles Martin the sound. Even if you don’t want to watch it all ,fast forward to the last 25 minutes. The final live performance ever. Recorded on a cold January day on the roof of Apple Studios with barely any serious rehearsal , you can see how good they were. Such a shame they jacked in touring before the sound systems were good enough to enhance the experience…….

What an ignorant statement. There is no comparison between human rights in Isreal and the rest of the Middle East. Isreal is a democracy, homosexuality is legal (they even recognise same sex partnerships) ,Tel Aviv is a modern cosmopolitan city, Palestinian’s in Isreal have the right to vote, and non Jewish people aren’t pressured or forced to comply. The Sabbath is taken seriously and Jews aren’t allowed to make money during it. However, everyone else can get on with their lives. I sat outside a bar in Netanya, which is quite a conservative city, sinking a few on the Sabbath & nobody from the nearby Synagogue gave a shiny shite. Good luck with trying to go on a sesh in an Islamic state on any day, let alone a holy one. Hell, they even didn’t mind Mrs Duck wearing a bikini (although perhaps that’s actually not a positive nowadays). Isreal is a shining light in the Middle East, if more citizens of the Middle East had the human rights Israeli people had, it would be a far happier and peaceful region of the world. China has killed more Muslims, displace more Muslims than Isreal, has a far worse human rights record than Isreal, but I don’t see any crusties marching through London protesting against them. I wonder why?

I know Australia somehow got into the Eurovision Song Contest, but I’d draw the line at non countries Their version of the three degrees are good though, maybe they could enter next year.
-
Fuck me, you’re easily pleased. And what the fuck is a “baller”, some sort of gigolo?
-
I can’t believe people are serious about starting Stewart, what planet are they on? He may get chucked on in the second leg or final if it’s shit or bust time, anything else will be complete & utter fuckwitery. It’s 2024 not 1924.

I’m not Prowe’s biggest fan, he’s over rated on here, but he’s a different level to Downes. One day Downes maybe at that level, but he’s not there yet.
-
If that was the case then Madrids winner should have been ruled out as the Lino flagged. The major difference was the Madrid move was allowed to reach a conclusion, and therefore the Lino’s error was corrected, whereas the Bayern one wasn’t.

Shocking from officials, that was bloody tight. Needed to go to VAR
