An old boy with two 'grown up' children who worked for me once said to me: "It doesn't matter how old they are you never stop being a parent". Whatever AP's problems are I hope he resolves them soon. The speculation on here over the weekend worried the hell out of me.

He's been reading Alpine and Glasgow's posts. My advice to AP is to put them on ignore.
-
I do very much agree with this point, but we are not far short.

IF GS didn't have any fingers he wouldn't be able to type his negative drivel.

I think the form from the beginning of this year gives us the best indication of how we'll do next season. Seeing as we are looking at statistics, in the 8 games that Fonte has played we are unbeaten and have had 4 clean sheets and conceded just 4 goals. I think that Fonte could possibly be our most crucial signing of all.

Come on guys, we should be uniting against the common enemy!

I apologise to Alpine and Glasgow unreservedly for enjoying this season so much, I realise now it was wrong of me. I promise not to attend any more matches this season, including my first ever trip to the New Wembley as I am particuarly concerned that I may enjoy that day even if we were to lose. I urge all other Saints fans to do the same.
-
And Glasgow saint. What a hilarious thread that would be, not that I would know as I have them both on ignore!
-
Yes, thanks, sorry for the typo. I had hoped to go for a £44 seat but will now get a £34 seat as far back as possible. Don't want to be on the upper tier, too far away from the action.

I've noticed on the Online ticket sales that there are no £44 ticket options, just £24 and £34. Have we sold out all the £44 tickets?

Draw at Norwich and Win at Wycombe = good 4 points

Does not mean I'm not disappointed about last nights result, I am. I think we should be doing better than we are. But yes, I'm enjoying the season. -

This is the problem. AS and GS seem to revel in the negativity and actively look for things to moan about. They are like a couple of old women: The thing is we are all disappointed with another draw but it's not like we are a million miles away from where we want to be. We are unbeaten this year (in the league) and only one of those was a home game. I for one am thoroughly enjoying this season. -
He can't, Phil Hall has taken the keys!
-
Could this be the problem?

Thanks for this. It looks like the best option, just 22 mins on the tube. I've always gone to Richmond before but I can see this makes more sense, cheers.
-
Is it? If you take the train to West Hampstead and then Jubilee Line to Wembley Park, it's just 3/4 hour and fairly simple.
-
The problem we have now is that the top six are getting closer and closer to each other and I think that will mean 6th place will end up with a higher no. of points this season.
-
Put him on ignore. It's amazing how he will manipulate stats to draw the maximum amount of negativity. He really is a miserable s*d! Why does he bother to follow this club if all he can see is the negative?
-
That's just what I have done (and Alpine). You are correct, you find yourself getting less wound up and enjoying the forum more.
-
Massive result and surely our best performance of the season. Unbeaten (in the league) this year W2 D3 and four of those games were away.

Storrie: M'lud the fight to save our club has become a symbolic struggle. Judge: A symbolic struggle against reality!
-
Oh the big balls of the EPL. Instead of saying NO! they pass the buck on to FIFA. F****** joke!
-
Can you repeat that.

So we all believe Pompey to be insolvent. The courts believe Pompey to be insolvent. Even Vantis appointed by them believe Pompey to be insolvent. This has become a symbolic struggle for our fishy friends... ... symbolic of their struggle against reality.
