  1. Yes, but the total debt figure includes secured debt which is not relevant for the purposes of the CVA so they actually have a greater share in the CVA vote. Anyway, even 25.4% would be enough
  2. True, but then if it's a football related debt it would mean a new owner having to stump up the best part of £100m to be allowed to run it as a football club. Either way, they're absolutely ruined.
  3. If a CVA is validly passed then it is binding on all unsecured creditors, so they would have to give up the fight at that point.
  4. Oh, and at those who said they would get away with it also.
  5. Also, at all the people who said HMRC were backing off or were stymied by Gordon Brown.
  6. Awesome! Put that in your chuff Andronikou.
  7. Was just about to post that! A come-back from 6-2 down!
  8. Apologies - I didn't read the link and assumed you meant the Hull City player!
  9. He will get a move to a Premier League club. He's quality.
  10. For those with an interest in forum politics, let it be known thus: That, on this day, benjii did decree to grant a final reprieve to Matthew Le God. fin
  11. Bear in mind also, that many were sell-outs and we would have taken more had we received bigger allocations. We have excellent support and anyone who says otherwise is a muppet.
  12. Abso-flipping-lutely.
  13. My mate made a joke about the "toast" that involved having a piece of toast in his pocket. I would advise that you do not do that.
  14. It's actually quite funny if they do believe that... must make relegation, squad break-up and financial ruin even more galling
  15. Yeah, good point! That doesn't help everyone else though
  16. I was going to suggest this. It will probably be busy but it's the best Indian restaurant I've eaten in in Southampton but is only slightly more expensive than your average swimming-in-grease curry house. Someone else suggested Pilgrim House which is a Chinese order-as-much-as-you-like-affair and is pretty good quality. Again though, booking usually required for a Saturday night.
  17. Who cares? Before you write something, why don't you stop and think if anyone will actually want to read it. You do my nut.
  18. Highly doubtful IMO. They would only become creditors if they were owed money. They will only be owed money if PFC fails to fulfil the terms of the contract for the purchase of season tickets. I can't see, therefore, how they could possible be creditors until such date as PFC has failed to provide them with what it sold them (ie the start of next season).
  19. You really are by far the dullest and most insipid poster in this board.
  20. Pelanty shoot-out?
  21. Worst - Swindon. Best - probably Orient.
  22. Is this safe for work...?!
  23. Even a madman talks sense sometimes.
