If management have made unlawful dismissals then the wronged party lodges a claim with the employment tribunal; you don't go on strike and bleat some ****e about solidarity. Stupid lazy ****s fancied a day-off and to try to lever a pay-rise.
End of.
I'm thinking of shaving my anal region.
Does anyone do this?
I find that sometimes little poo-cherries can get matted up in my arse beard. The anal hairs serve no real purpose and aren't even visible unless you spread so there's no danger of looking weird like you would if you were a man who shaved his pubes.
It was a throw-away comment. Neither its factual content, nor any inferences which may be drawn there from, are to be taken seriously or to be subject to forensic scrutiny.
I would be very surprised if a professional services firm is leaking misleading snippets to the media. It's just not done.
As for the creditors, I imagine they realise that getting a decent return is more important to them than buying Saints is to the investor. Evidently, this is an opportunistic acquisition by someone who isn't going to be held over a barrel. If they were desperate to buy Saints they would have done so previously.
That and the fact that the price would have been agreed prior to Lynam making his announcement, as WSS says above.
Has the Chief Exec of:
BT got a "telecoms qualification"?
Tesco got a "retailing qualification"?
BP got an "oil exploration, development, transportation, refining, wholesaleing, retail networking qualification"?
TSW got a "forum qualification"?
Are you sure it wasn't a steward?
I'll grant you that a paramedic is likely to be knwoledgeable about these things but stewards are generally impeccable sources.
If you could confirm that it was a steward, or at least that the paramedic was told by a steward, I would be able to sleep easily tonight.
Thanks, Ben
99% percent of normal fans will probably not be bothered about this at all.
A few axe grinders on here are.
What interests me the most about this, if true (50/50?), is WHY Crouch has been asked on to the board?
The Bruce Forsyth episode was hilarious.
Hopefully that ****, Alan Duncan, is never on it as a guest again.
It does surprise me how small the pool of people who appear is. Some of them are very good but some are awful. There's some fat "comedian" called Brand I think (not Jo) who has been on it twice and is pathetic.
Alex Armstrong
Armando Ianucci
Jack Dee
Danny Baker
All would be good hosts.
