  1. But the Fratton faithful shouldn’t be shifting too uncomfortably at the reading the Championship table makes at present. The make-up of the standings in the middle of September rarely bares any resemblance to how it will appear in the final reckoning. Well, the second sentence is partly true, but as pedg indicated, not in the way the writer meant. The Cheats currently lie 8 places above the drop zone. The first sentence is wrong. The phew should be "shifting very uncomfortably". In fact, if they weren't so stupid, they'd be shitting themselves.
  2. Hmmm, another website that makes money by the number of hits it gets, and lies about showing a live stream. I wonder why they would do that?
  3. Mrs. Licka.
  4. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhjFlHHZ5Yw&feature=player_detailpage 22 goals in 44 appearances for England. And yet Capello only picks him as a last resort, and thinks players like donkey Heskey were better.
  5. If that happens it would make all Saints' great escapes from the past seem like chicken feed!
  6. Funny you mention that now, now that Cheats FC don't have a pot to piss in. If you'd suggested that 5 or 6 years ago we'd take you seriously.
  7. In fairness, it could be the stress that his life (literally) depends on the Cheats getting promoted is getting to him.
  8. If Hants go down by a margin of 8 points or less, I'd say it wasn't deserved.
  9. I wouldn't mind them that much, if it wasn't for their obnoxious manager.
  10. The Cheats had better be careful, because by the time they play us their "paper thin squad" will have so many suspensions that they'll have to start the car park attendant, the groundsman, the 12th man fan, and 65 year old Kanu, in their team. Of course that would give Corpse et al an excuse for the inevitable rogering they'll suffer when we play them at Krap Nottarf. Anyway, we shouldn't be too smug. After all, they did give 3 points to one of our promotion rivals, and most of their relegation rivals lost today. So the few can take comfort that they still have a massive 2 point gap between themselves and the drop zone.
  11. Well, as Corpse Whore keeps reminding us, the rosy-cheeked bastard found a way around the points penalty rule when we went into administration. But the FL ignored that loophole and deducted the points anyway. One would expect the same thing to happen if this indeed is a loophole the DFCSBs can exploit. But we are talking about the Cheats here, so probably the FL will scurry away with their tail between their legs.
  12. ;):x:rolleyes: Just checking. Edit: Number 7 looks dodgy.
  13. We have a winner! Looks like having superscripts has opened up a whole new can of worms.
  14. Possibly, but at least one must be 0. Edit: Why are the smileys going all question-marky?
  15. Cool, you can do superscripts. x3+y3=z3

  17. Should this thread have a poll? [] Yes [] No
  18. It certainly gives a whole new meaning to 11 dickheads running around on the pitch.
  19. Above or below the DFCSBs?
  20. Still a real possibility of relegation by a margin of 8 points or less. Actually, going down and finishing below Worcestershire by a margin of less than 16 points would be bad enough. No chance of a late appeal I suppose?
  21. I hate to digress from Cheats FC bashing, but every club going into administration has been perfectly capable of timing it to within a reasonable time frame. One club (Leeds?) was even able to time it at half time of a match, when they only knew then that they were down. Anyway, enough of that. We've got bigger fish to fry. Back to the DFCSBs ....
