Those two clowns won’t lose anything (except their pride). Dragan is the one who is on course for losing a fortune.
-
It seems the two jokers (Semmens and Ankersen) are not very worried about relegation, since the owner is loaded. Two thoughts on that: 1) That blasé attitude is a recipe for relegation. 2) Dragan is probably none too pleased with them being so casual about him losing a fortune if/when we go down.

Yes indeed, we have a clueless buffoon as a manager. Any chance we could have yours?
-
Words are cheap. Why should we believe any of that?

I was jealous when they hired him. I'm even more jealous now. What a difference a quality manager makes, especially compared to someone clueless and out of his depth.

I was hoping you'd come back with with some juicy striker rumours.

If Monaco buy him they ought to throw in an extra £19M, to return what they got from us for their donkey!

A couple of times yesterday he had the ball at the back and was quickly getting surrounded by Everton players with no clear out, and instead of a risky play just hoofed it out play, to let others come back and get organised. I loved that. "If in doubt, hoof it out" is what I like to see from defenders.

That's an expensive cup of tea.

The skates are worried the season will peter out. Not necessarily, if they keep this up it could be an exciting relegation battle.
-
Didn't you find yourself going around in circles doing that?
-
Was this 1000 pound gorilla actually mentioned in the interview? From the above accounts Blackmore didn't ask, and they didn't mention anything, about bringing in a front man this window, and admitting it was a balls up in the summer not doing so then.

If he also excludes Brighton, Forest and Fulham he has an impressive 100% record.

From the worst home performance (against a crap team) followed by one of the best in a long time (against one of the best in the world). I can't imagine such a difference between two consecutive home games, ever. P.S. Here is the list of teams to beat Manchester City in 90 minutes in the League Cup over the past seven years. I was thinking the same question. With Haaland, De Bruyne, etc surely to come on I think I'd take it. -
If he takes a penalty the keeper won't know which way to dive.

If you can achieve that Mr. Jones I'll eat my hat.

Respectfully disagree. The two goals gifted by the Palace keeper barely papered over the cracks of a truly diabolical performance against Forest, with a manager who is out of his depth.
-
It's ok, I can handle the Jones In thread. I just can't handle him being manager!

His new manager bounce was the second half against Liverpool.
