Probably because the Aberdeen manager is Mark McGhee , WGS Friend.......... Just a guess

I have just received some information all be it third hand from a friend in Aberdeen who has contacts with players at Aberdeen FC. I am told that WGS is to be our new manager on a 5 year contract IF he gets the funding for players he wants from Markus. Apperently WGS wants a largish budget now to build a team capable of getting to the play offs this season and then already able to be a force in the CCC without more major spending once in the CCC. I am not a ITK and have never posted a ITK rumour before , just passing on information received in a phone call which was originally nothing to do with football so please dont shoot the messanger.

I think it looks to much like a Pompey shirt , Sorry dont like it. Much prefer the yellow & White stripes on post #18.

I just hope that Markus is a better judge of football managers than Lowe was. Something tells me he will be and I am sure he keeps up with this and other forums , so I think we can forget worrying about Tony Adams , It wont be him IMO.

Strachan has just had nearly 5 years at Celtic so I dont buy this he is not a stayer, If he is given the backing and he gets a bit of success I am sure he would be more than happy to come back to St Marys. Family life is very important to Gordon and his wife is very happy in the south , Hence why they kept the house at Warsash. I think if Gordon is the man that our Swiss benefactor fancies then there is a better than 75% chance we will get him, Time will tell

I am not bothered where GS does his shopping but I would be over the moon if he turned up at SMS and took the vacant managers chair ,

To Tony Lynam I am a worldly level headed guy in my Senior years and have fully believed everything about the Pinnacle deal was correct , that was untill yesterday. Yesterday I firmly believe you tried to con us all by wheeling out Fialka. Probably to buy yourself time but I am now seriously doubting the validity of your involvement. According to everything you have said this deal should have been completed before now unless off course you actually cannot complete due to lack of funds. The FL can be fought through the legal system, if needs be after you take control of the club and if as you claim you are being asked to sign documents that are illegal I think you will find they are not worth the paper they are written on anyway . Tony if you are the real deal then you have to complete today and pay the staff etc, that is a minimum requirement at this stage. If as someone suggested yesterday you are only a "Tyre Kicker" then I fear for your future. I am sure MLT will be speaking to his lawyer shortly.

Tony , very much appreciate the update but surely even you must be beginning to have doubts ,Apart from everything else are you not leaving the door wide open for somebody else to walk straight in. Is it not time Pen was put to paper and then fight out any minor difficulties
