Joe Hart's mistake was against Spurs. There again the header was crashed into the ground hard enough to make the rebound awkward enough. Gazza f*cked up all by himself. City still won though because no matter what they do their strikers can score goals. Ours score 1 a game at best(and of late none at all..thanks midfield) so the error margin is reduced.
Hah, I'm not the only who thought he went down far too late then. I'd fault him for West Brom's second goal as well. He does not
position himself very well. Still the experts here tell me he's the future of the club, they also told me we didn't need a new keeper last summer.
spot on, far too loyal to Davis. Davis was a bit doubtful in the championship even, far too many shots palmed to the feet of attackers. First thing that needed doing, signing a keeper.
Boruc...don't think much of Gazzaniga at all. Looks like a league 2 keeper...oh wait up that's what he is. We could persist with Gazzaniga until the seas dry up, he'll still be making crass errors.
Any team that had Gazzaniga or Davis in goal,Jos or Yoshisa in CD and Fox at left back would be doing just as badly as we are.
A team is only as good as it's weakest links. If we'd had had a real GK on Saturday we won 1-0 exactly the same as West Ham.
I don't doubt that the salaries on offer at SFC are vastly inferior to West Ham's as well.
Three even, I thought Gaza might have done better against the onrushing Dyer as well. Gave him an awful lot of goal to shoot at.
Went down late as well.
Lambert is one of the problems, not scoring fairly simple chances. A real PL striker would put them away.Lallana isn't scoring either.
Today's goal came from a DM again.
