I don't want us to have half a new team but our fringe players are not Championship class let alone Premiership quality. Our youngsters will take a while to get into the first team but they do look good but for one thing we do need new players, most of our fringe players should have been sold by now and been replaced with players who are capable of stepping up. I like sharp but he's taking his time to adjust and like i said he wont be sold quickly like some ppl have been saying. I would like us to get more Chaplow type players in, the midfielder's who get stuck in and help defence and attack very quickly but for one thing like i said, we need a better striker also and Hooper or Guly just wont do, oh and we need to think of a replacement for Lambo for when he's injured or a few years later.

Can't see us going for Hooper we need someone who is alot better than him and each time i look at the Celtic team he is on the bench his work rate isnt that good either from what ppl have told me, he's quite lazy on the pitch and thats something we don't want. I wouldn't count on Guly being here either defo not prem class, only Lee and Lambo would be ok i wouldn't be surprised if we were to have half a new team next year if we go up. As for Sharp, atm he's not right for us but i don't think we will sell him that quickly.

It's why i've said that Reading need to win, why ppl would like to see any result i have no idea, it's all about the points difference between 1st and 3rd. If we lose today and WH lose nothing is lost, if WH lose and we get anything from today it's a bonus.

I still think it will be touch and go with more twists and turns, Blackpool game will be hard to get 3 points from, Boro away, Pompey and Reading home will also be tough games, yes if we win them all we're there but i can't really see it myself, im sure Pompey will want to damage our chances and a victory against us would make their season.

Well i can see a big clear out at the end of the season weather we get promoted or not and the youngsters coming through will be given contracts but on slightly less money than the players who leave to balance it out.

Martin is a lot better than seaborne and if he was fit and we didnt get Jos i really don't think we would be where we are now. I would of sold him at the end of last season as the championship is out of his depth.

Well since WH won last night and are only 6 points behind us, it's now a Reading must win so even if we lose we remain a healthy 6 points ahead, who cares about being Champions, 2nd place is good enough for me.

SDR upfront then, might be a good idea he has pace to unlock defences.

It wont be that high and i think they will score it will be a tough game.

give Guly a virus or something it's got to be in his contract that he has to play if 100% fit, strange not seeing Cork again, i don't think Hammond gives us what cork gives us. I thought Sharp looked so much better last saturday, his movement and link play with DC was quite good for the short time he was on.

If we beat Reading then yes we will come in top 2 but only if WH beat Reading also there is still more twists and turns in this yet i can see us dropping points against Millwall.

No it's not its the truth, he had been utter rubbish in the last 3-4 months, i liked him last season and thought he improved at the beginning of this season but now seeing him time after time putting in poor shifts it could cost us, it was only the fact Barnsley were poor today that we got away having in the side. I wouldn't say a decent shift, 2nd was ok but lack of work rate shows, he does not close down quicker enough and sometimes he just stands there looking at the opposition with the ball only metres away. 1st half was terrible it was like playing with 10 men. Spot on, if he plays against Millwall or any other physical game (Pompey, Reading) he wont get a look in. He got away with it today since they were poor.

You have to be having a F'ing laugh.... Guly is terrible did anyone see saturday's game and all the other games from November onwards? Everytime he plays it's like us playing with 10 men. We have been playing so much better without him (apart from sat but we still won) why change it? Only change id make is Butterfield in for Richardson, AL is back so play either Chappers or Punch on the right possible Sharp to start but Lee to come on in 2nd half. Would like to see De Ridder on the bench instead of Guly.

He's been a hell of a lot better than Guly, why ppl rate him i have no idea.

Reading will win this league, its gonna be out of us, WH and Brum for 2nd and Brum have the easier run in on paper....Although it will make it easier for us if and when Pompey go.

Sorry i cant see us winning this id be over the moon if we do though since i put us to lose in the league predictor. Leeds with a new manager and a tough place to go, if we play the same team as last sat i think we might get a draw which i would be very happy about but 2-1 leeds.

Pompey are going bust anyway so it does not matter if they win, lose or draw, if teams get points against them they will be taken away from them, they will infact do us a favour as WH will lose 6 points.

Then i wouldn't have Guly in the side. SDR would be a better choice just because he does get stuck in and his pace would be useful later in the game.

Err No thanks, we're playing better without him and would rather have someone who is energetic than lazy.
