  1. It's February, he's not being lauded - now West Ham fans are saying the only way he breaks Beckham's record is by fucking TWO Spice Girls.
  2. It's all gone a bit Danny Ings for him. I understand why players seek these moves but sometimes they don't realise how that greener grass is often riddled with dog shit.
  3. What's the game come to when the ref thinks that was a foul, he got the ball. The Brighton guy made the most of it and should have been booked for simulation. He'll probably walk again, it didn't even break his thigh bone - modern players need to man up. And woman-up. 😎

Are you really suggesting that because I quoted the official civilian death toll to correct an inflated number, I am revealing my own anti-semitism? 😲 I don't know what you guys have got going on with Soggy, like others I don't read that much of it, we're not interested in playground squabbles - he's probably typed something clumsily and got battered for it, but even sensible posts get hammered for fun on here and insults are thrown like confetti. But if you call me a racist or an anti-semite, that needs explaining. I'll be polite and presume it was an error.

One or two people continue to throw around groundless accusations of anti-semitism and racism on here - stuff they would never be brave enough to say face-to-face. It's not needed, doesn't help debate and reflects poorly on those posters.

While 1,200-1,500 deaths is widely used still as propaganda, the last official figure I saw for Israeli civilian deaths from the terrible 7/10 terrorist attack was 695. But they've gone way beyond targeting the group responsible and what could be defined as self defence, both of which had the full support of most normal people. We're clearly in war crime territory now - the current actions tick every box, and are creating whole new generations of hatred. And before some ranty kneejerk nutter posts to defend the current campaign or to blame someone else, don't bother - facts cannot be negotiated down. There is enough neutral news coverage out there between the two sides' press releases, for a real picture to be established, and it doesn't look good.
  8. I'm curious to know what you would suggest as an alternative, hoofing it to their keeper or giving it away all the time? It served us well for 25 games, probably not time to abandon it yet, let's give it another try. 🙂
  9. What a fantastic run, we need the players to react now and start another one at West Brom. And some fans need to remember the last few seasons and recognise that they've been spoilt for five months.
  10. Yes, I'm pretty sure this contest was declared over on Saturday. An incredible strike - and timely.
  11. They gave up on proper policy and governing years ago, it's just scripted nonsense now - Labour have no plan, Labour will bankrupt us, woke tofu-eating leftie lawyers, Starmer is on the side of criminals, Labour left us no money, the doctor's strikes have created waiting lists, Putin caused all our problems, Starmer defended rapists, we only borrowed through Covid, the Islington elite, we're getting on with delivering more in the pocket for hard working families, more nurses, great trade deals turbocharging global Britain, new hospitals, more police, record funding for everything etc. Little truth and not a shred of actual policy to be seen. It's pathetic drivel aimed at the thickest in society.
  12. I hope so, we could do with scoring five in one half against a few more sides.
  13. If we're talking about clinical strikers and stats, does Che Adams still exist as a going concern? I remember him rushing around all-action during the transfer window, where did he go in the end?
  14. While the five-goal-blitz, goal of the season and the era-defining astonishing comeback were okay, I'd like to moan about a poor first half. And I hope their keeper and outfield players have all recovered, they appeared to suffer three or four career-ending injuries during the periods that their side led the game, thankfully they all seemed to recover enough to take goal kicks and throw-ins a bit quicker towards the end.
  15. They've lost their way - I think people would prefer to see more effort put into banging up Post Office board members, people smugglers and PPE crooks right now.
  16. On the Comms front Sunak is very poorly advised at the moment, and appears to be too out of touch to realise. So he stands there in his school trousers and parrots rubbish he's been told will sit well with the corners of his party that he's already lost. It's a car crash, he's done.
  17. He's having an absolute shocker. Not just generally, but today his only job was not to make a cheap joke about the trans debate, sexuality or gender politics while the mother of a murdered child is looking on. He has merrily skipped into a minefield while wearing a suicide vest.
  18. So that's you outside my house! I wondered what was going on. I'll look you out some clothes, what size are you, looks like XXXL from here but it might be that Yogi Bear costume making you look bigger. Leave that Martin Out placard by the gatehouse and walk up the drive, I'll get one of the staff to let you in.
  19. My son and I waited down the front at the end in the pissing rain with our little home made sign, but Brooks refused to give us his suit jacket. He's clearly some sort of prima donna who thinks he's too good for the cup. 😡
  20. Without game time I think it's unlikely that Brooks will get 90 mins, but if he does start I'd expect to see him out wide, very wide.
  21. It's unwise to try to book back into a hotel after smearing shit up the walls and telling all the staff and other guests to go fuck themselves. All anyone has ever wanted with the EU is a sensible relationship with near neighbours, but that requires mature diplomacy from a skilled minister, so we'll have to wait for one of those to turn up.
  22. Nothing says twat quite like some bloke who gives himself a nickname in the hope that his little gammon army will run with it. I can think of many factual descriptions of Boris Johnson but at no point does he strike normal people as the big dog in any situation - other than being a corrupt, privileged, cowardly, divisive and useless lying clown, who will fuck literally anything that crosses his path. In that scenario, I'll grant you, he's the guvnor, the top man.
  23. That's direct from the King of the Gammon Mike Graham, a talent-free chubster who spouts scripted hate-for-cash clickbait to generate income and rile up his angry little gang of easily-led pensioners. I didn't know his business still existed as a thing - and you seem to have accidentally edited his name off the top. Could that be because he has zero credibility with normal people?
  24. Isn't it more of a great example that the Home Office isn't working? How on earth does someone like that get through our immigration system, and why is former Home Office minister Jenrick deflecting blame to solicitors and vicars? Then again who would ever employ Jenrick, and why isn't he in prison? So many questions....
  25. Good idea, and if Dido needs help her good friend Matt Hancock knows a guy who has a window box - he can sell us roses at £30m each, while Chris Grayling can open up that Dutch market by sailing a fleet of warehouses between Gibraltar and the new freeport at Keswick.
