No, that's her face - but it delivers the same output. Easy mistake to make.

The bizarre aspect of that hair-pull last night was that the referee didn't even think it was a foul. That needs some explanation, as it looked like a blatant professional foul in real time.

I'd be staggered if he did anything more than inflated expense claims or misused a company parking permit. The BBC is not the type of organisation that allows shenanigans.

Israel clamping down hard on Christians did you say? That's unlike Netanyahu, he's usually very sympathetic to people of a different faith. Not sure where this leaves Trump supporters - confused by who they've got into bed with perhaps?

I've got a GP now, I didn't have one for a decade, now I can access appointments, and we have more police here - many things looks shit out there and the country needs loads of work, but there are undeniable improvements.

Car main dealer....£230 for a new battery - plus £200 to fit it as it takes an hour... Fuck. Off. That's not happening - one clamp, two terminals, you think we were fucking born yesterday you thieving twats. I might offer to train up their technicians so they can all do it in ten minutes like the rest of us.

Farage caught lying again. Is there anyone left who still can't see that he's a conman? We all want change, but if it's change at all costs we might as well invest in a partnership with a Nigerian prince who needs our help to unlock his wealth.

Saints Legends v Man Utd Legends - 28 March

If they got Ali Dia out there as a mystery guest that would be epic - then sub him after about three touches. -
HS2 - just when you think this particular over-budget, poorly-planned vanity shitshow couldn't get any more shambolic, it now appears that the HS bit probably won't happen and we have to fly trains to Japan to test them, meaning it will treble or quadruple in cost and be many years behind schedule. A lot of contractors are getting incredibly rich from this, and taxpayers are getting robbed - and will continue to be robbed for some time yet.

I thought it was excellent - but if you don't like beautifully shot drama, a slick script, cool soundtrack and several great performances perhaps Mrs Brown's Boys and Emmerdale might be more up your street. 😊

That Channon one is the ultimate team goal, while Boufal's takes some beating as an individual effort and it was a massive goal in the context of the season. Martina's was nuts, and a mention for Rothwell's volley against Huddersfield. Shea's yesterday was special, especially if like me you were fortunate enough to have an angle to see the path of the ball and how much it curled. You could watch it a hundred times, and I probably will. Great moment.

No one is happy with the leadership of our country right now but for those considering a risky punt because it can't get worse, just remember Liz Truss - and Brexit. The people rolled the dice and voted to try something different in 2016, a decision that will damage our economy for a generation and has made us an international laughing stock. Farage failed to be an MEP of any consequence, he rarely attended, his Brexit campaign was exposed as a scam, and he's now an absent MP. To think he'll suddenly improve as a PM is optimistic in the extreme.

Great result, top keeper, terrible ref. Three points.

Yes it fucking will.

Marvellous to see that the bright-eyed high-flyer from the sixth form common room debating society hasn't lost any of his razor wit or epigram skills, it's as if Oscar Wilde and Noel Coward have been channelled to hilariously commentate on contemporary society. As funny as it is clever.

It's not often a manager shows you exactly who he is in one moment but Spurs should sack Tudor tonight. An appalling display of man management by a guy who has taken a struggling team even deeper into trouble, and at an increased pace of decline.
-
Farage caught out blatantly lying again. His trial period as PM-in-waiting couldn't be going any worse - as an MP he's been exposed as someone who is incapable of even turning up to work and his Reform councils are in chaos. I wouldn't trust him to run a bath.
-
A solid keeper makes such a difference, his confidence spreads through the defence. Great day out.

Did the US president really just accuse Great Britain of arriving late at a war? 😲

Is that the rarely sung second verse that the Northam could never get to scan?

The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?

Why don't they just go to the country next door to them? Stop the planes, we just haven't got any room - unless they have lots of dogs, then we can take them. -
What’s your unpopular opinion on Saints?
rallyboy replied to Willo of Whiteley's topic in The Saints
You don't need to get shitfaced to enjoy football and some fans prioritise drinking over the actual match. Though using alcohol as a sedative for the last couple of years is understandable. -
The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?
rallyboy replied to sadoldgit's topic in The Lounge
Fairly simple - Starmer's national popularity is rock bottom, but Farage was riding high and looking to form the next government. A few weeks ago Reform pencilled this in as an easy win - but they got battered by a plumber with some unworkable policies. -

Terrible night for Starmer, unmitigated disaster for Farage.
