Maybe it's just monoglot me, but it's not the "being on Reddit" bit that bothers me, more the "being in German".
  4. Qualifying for relegation may be a stretch but it sounds like he'll give it a go.
  5. Even so, I've got my "that was a good thing, actually - we can concentrate on the league now" post all ready to go.
  6. I think he's BRILLIANT
  7. The mood on the Rangers fans' forum is not what I'd call joyous.
  8. You really need to reread your own post. No one who is posting positively about a potential signing has said they will be supportive "even if" it all turns to crap. Most normal people's opinions change when the facts change.

  13. Are you sure SR know how to get wood?
  14. Sorry, after this Twilight Zone of a window I'm no longer capable of detecting sarcasm.
  15. They could give him the vacant no10 shirt. Problem solved, I think you'll find.
  16. Have you never had a tantrum, thrown a wobbly or flounced?
  17. Soz re my OCD but do people really slam windows? I do that in my place and the cat has a new escape route.

Good to see you're still abreast of significant cultural events Nick.
  22. @obelisk Will this do?
  23. I remember Facebook ad that all too well
  24. Indeed - although that's how it looked in 2014 when I wrote that. The best insight I've read recently into why political culture here and in the US changed so rapidly over the next two years is to be found in Sarah Wynn-Williams' page turner "Careless People".
