I'm afraid that it's going to take an almighty push by the Hilary campaign to de-rail the Trump juggernaut. Next week is the Dem convention and I hope they've got some trump cards up their sleeve, get tough and call him out successfully enough to convince the electorate....and don't stop until November, because so far, they've failed.

This. Makes going into the summer more positive for the club knowing what kind of a schedule we will be facing.

Ah ********. Been spoiled rotten by NBC in the last few years. I don't miss the FOX/ESPN coverage one bit. (I just hope Tommy Smyth stays away from the tournament)

The ending was a cracker, not the way I was expecting it to finally pan out. Glad they are making a fourth series and I hope they can retain the high standards we have seen so far.

Nooooooo. That'll completely fook my fantasy team. Priorities.

If Liverpool do not win the EL, Man Utd win the FA cup and finish 4th, and Man City win the UCL and finish 5th (or 6th or 7th), would the the final league table look like this in terms of qualification? 1st UCL 2nd UCL 3rd UCL 4th Man Utd UCL 5th Man City UCL 6th EL 7th EL 8th EL EDIT - oh, I think it's been answered already earlier in the thread. Never mind..

FYI, if anyone is looking at the delegate count so far for the Dems, it reads 502 Clinton, 70 Sanders. However, it's very much a dead heat at 50 'real' delegates or so each. The huge number for Clinton is down to superdelegate* votes which at the moment align to Clinton, but if Sanders was seen as winning more of the popular vote, those superdelegates would switch to him. * https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superdelegate

Maybe it was this. http://www.cnn.com/2015/11/22/politics/donald-trump-black-lives-matter-protester-confrontation/ A campaign spokesperson immediately condoned the violent actions. Trump a day later says it was fine. LOL. He doesn't care.

Trump almost wins mong of the day, but Jeb trumps him with this little nugget... http://www.bbc.com/news/election-us-2016-35594007

Oh great, Ralph Nader again. If he runs as an independent, he'll steal more Democrat votes than Republican ones = President Trump.
-
Not so sure that Sanders is as unelectable as I thought any more. Great night for him in the primary (although Iowa is not very indicative of the bigger picture) but also as a presidential candidate who polls remarkably well put head to head with trump. I think that Hilary could be torn apart over the email scandal. Republicans are very effective at fear mongering and smear campaigning. Sanders could be the best bet to stand a chance of beating trump or Cruz

Yes, it works well and is a lot of fun. Fans will love it for the nostalgia, although there are so many other conspiracy series around these days that the original X-Files helped spawn. (BTW Second episode was better than the first and here's hoping the third episode will be as good or better)

Naxos ticks your boxes I think. Lovely fishing port town with plenty of charm and exploration.

Palin spoke her mind as well didn't she, but she came unstuck so often, she constantly looked daft and totally out of her depth. Trump manages to shout down criticism of his stupid mistakes so brutally effectively and it just adds fire to his momentum and increase in support. So who would you prefer Ohio, Trump or Cruz? I think I'd feel sicker with someone like Cruz in office. Trump offers some LOLs atleast.

Hola unblocker browser add-on works a treat with everything I've thrown at it. iPlayer, Netflix, C4 etc. Very very easy to use and free. Have not recently viewed Netflix UK and fear this could be at an end. Just hope BBC don't follow suit...

Netflix's Winter on Fire documentary following the 2014 EuroMaiden uprising is very good. Amazing frontline footage of the bloody way the protesters were dealt with by Yanukovych's 'special police' thugs. Sickening and moving.

Even if Trump wins the Primaries, I just don't see that he'll be able to sway the swing states in a general election. Plus, the Latino voters will be out in force. But then again, it's worrying because there's never been anyone quite like Trump...

Trump is loving this.....more media attention for his campaign....more so if he is invited over for an argument. LOL. Just what he wants. Everyone with more than two brain cells knows he's a cock but this will only seek to add numbers to his fanbase over here.

From elation to witnessing another Rodgers wonderthrow to tie it up, to dismay. Brilliant atmosphere. Never been to anything generating that much noise, amazing what a closed roof and 78000 can do. And then you could hear a pin drop moments before the ref delivered the verdict on the final play of normal time. Good banter between opposing sets of fans too.

Off to my first NFL game in Phoenix tomorrow, essentially on behalf of my son who's a diehard Green Bay Packers fan. Not sure exactly what to expect in terms of atmosphere and curious how many visiting mingling fellow fans there will be. I know that Green Bay have fans everywhere and Phoenix is a transient sort of place especially around this time of year, where there's a lot of displaced 'snowbirds'. Don't expect to win this one after the Cardinals took them apart a few weeks ago, but the tickets were relatively cheap and it's only a four hour drive. Go Pack Go.
