It's a crying shame, isn't it? Ralph has energised this club so much, and the backing he is getting is questionable. Perhaps we're waiting to get rid of some deadwood before investing properly? I doubt it, but I need some hope to cling to!
-
We normally would take up a fat old allocation at Palace. I was there back in the Championship promotion season where we had near enough the whole stand! How many tickets did we take as an allocation?
-
If we'd have won against Wolves, we'd have probably lost or drawn today!
-
Does this (and the fact that we are pessimistic with away allocations for our own fans) all fit in with the cost-cutting, penny-pinching, 'self-sufficiency' our owners are demanding?
-
Wolves are a strong side with some talented midfield and attacking options, and some impressive defenders. It will be a difficult game but our tenacity at the moment is a joy to watch. I think we will have too much of them but will concede first. 3-1 to the Saints. Ings and Long with one each, Redmond with the cherry on top.

We were very poor, now we're pretty good. What changed?

Ings is the difference. His goals have proved vital. -
35 points from 16 matches... wow! Not sure we'll be able to match that but the FA Cup always allows room for dreams!
-
I feel like Wolves could be a bit of a banana skin for the chances of our brilliant run continuing. 4 points from the next three would be great, I reckon we might get 2 draws and a loss, but hoping for a win, draw and loss

I would've loved VAR at Wembley a few years ago!

Blatant cultural discrimination, I think.

As if we'll play our B team. Full strength.

Easy route through to round 5 I guess! Boring, though

Get a f*cking grip mate. I sincerely hope you won't be attending!

Our squad may not be brilliant, but surely has enough about it to ensure that, with a degree of concentration and desire, we f*cking send 'em back to their rotting boathouses with their four tails between their legs.
-
If we're afraid of playing them just in case we lose and get embarrassed then that says a lot about our confidence levels as fans, deary me! It's great to have proper derbies, who frankly gives a sh*,t about Brighton or Bournemouth. Let's f*&€ing have 'em.
-
He was exactly that when we still had Wanyama, we have regressed and not paid enough attention to that crucial area of the pitch.
-
We've got no ability to control the midfield. We saw that against Brighton, clear as day. Long gone are the days of a central midfielder who can control the tempo of the game and orchestrate the midfield. We are absolutely crying out for it.

Thought Ings played well bar the miss - great left footed curling effort. Every player has the odd glaring miss (memories of Yakubu in the world cup), but that doesn't make that gilt-edged chance any less painful!! What a ball by Valery. Djenpro looked promising, real acceleration and didn't waste the ball. The slippy error from the throw in that Firmino capitalised on was just abysmal, really. On to the next one with a similar performance to today, please.
-
Fine margins! Ings a hero and a villain there in the space of 5 minutes!

Bit of cognitive dissonance never goes amiss these days...

I've cracked open a cold one, too. It's going to be a brilliant night

Great analogy!

You're such a tease. When this turns out to be horse sh*t, please make sure to apologise to everyone whose excitement you awoke for no reason!
