Here's a thought. Utd release Owen and Fergie makes a move for Keane. You may laugh, but who thought he'd snap up Owen? The Keane / Berbatov partnership was superb and Fergie does seem to have a knack for getting the most out of players who are nearing the end of their career.

Always rated Robbie Keane. I believe he was one of the players on Strachan's shopping list. The same shopping list that forced Strachan to resign as Rupert refused to spend the money on any of the players he wanted. Koumas and Konchesky wre also on the list at the time. He's a great player. A real work horse who will always get goals. He'd never come here as there would be a host of Premiership clubs just waiting to snap him up.

I Blame Coco - The Constant. Just noticed a couple of earlier threads. Beady Eye... What a f**king joke that is! Kings Of Leon... Where did it all go wrong? The first 2 albums were amazing and it's all gone down hill from there. Yet for some reason they seemed to have gained more fans with their middle of the road, bland effortless nonsense. I don't understand what's wrong with the record buying public. Whatever happened to people getting into cutting edge music. Everybody seems to want safe boring music these days.

I said in July that Ricky was unhappy because he wasn't allowed to talk to a couple of premiership clubs over the summer. As usual I was shot down in flames by other forum members, despite the fact that I got my information from one of the coaching staff at the club.

I don't object to your question. I believe these forums are about expressing an opinion, whatever it may be. It ****es me off when people start throwing insults around just because they don't share your views. FWIW. I think we would have been in a better position with Pardew. Probably top 6. But he's not here so we'll never know. We can only look to the future now.
